- A kart racing game through Disney World sounds too enticing for Kyle to trust his better judgment.

I will miss you man. * salutes. Ever since final bossman show
Do we know where he is going?
squidracerX He’s going to find himself.
even if I watched the stream I always click just for the intro
9:29
"Protect me acorns!! Protect me. Protect me."
[successful hissing ensues]
All the characters aside from Chip, Dale and Jimmy were made for the game to represent different areas of the Walt Disney World Resort. I honestly think the reason Mickey and the gang were not allowed was due to Rare already was using those for their game on the Nintendo 64
As a theme park fan I had no idea this existed and my god this is something.
There was also a side-scrolling version of this game for the Game Boy Color.
I have fond memories of this game on pc back in the day. It’s not a good game for sure but damn if I didn’t have a good time
It is a good game
31:27 that was too wonderful
This is a Crystal Dynamics game directed by Glen Schofield?! Wow...
Thank you for all those amazing streams, Bosman!
I like how Kyle mixes Chip and Dale's names up.
Man i loved this game.Turning people into a frog and splattering really entertained me.
Owned this game as a kid for PS1. I remember thinking it wasn't too bad. I also found a glitch that I've never seen anyone talk about. I think it was only in multiplayer, as soon as you pick your character press left or right to move your cursor over a secret character and you can play as them. I think it may have also only worked for one of the players, i don't remember which. I guess moving your cursor over the secret character before it went to the load screen tricks the game into thinking you selected them. Also, for being a disney game, the lack of recognizable Disney characters is odd. The game play decent, i think characters and tracks based on more recognizable levels would have helped.
I loved this game when I rented it as a kid. I love theme park things! I never rode these rides at the time. So I was like wow, Space Mountain seems really neat. Lol
I just found out about this series and it's the last one :(
Oh well got a backlog to watch now.
Holy shit, yes! This was one of my favorites back on PS1. Really hope you enjoyed it
EDIT: Below Toy Commander?! You're a mad man
Thank you so much Kyle for all the great content through the years! Loved you guys since the early GT days! Will miss you at the podcast! Wish you all the best for the future! Greetings from Norway!
I told myself I'd only watch a few minutes just to see what the game was like. Kyle's infectious personality and humor kept me engaged till the very end. Great video!!
:) Love you Kyle.
Thanks for everything Kyle. You've kept me company at working making video games since your GT Final B-man days. Hope to see something from you in the future.
Oh my god, I played this game like CRAZY when I was a kid.
I was obsessed.
the sound of analog... OMG, brings back memories
OH MY GOD. MY CHILDHOOD
Just that menu music would drive me crazy. Will miss you man!
This is the only episode I've watched.
That intro, it’s so random. I freaking love it 😂.
Good god am I gonna miss Kyle. Its crazy to think that not only he's leaving, but that he's leaving during such tough times. The thought that his last episode won't end with a hug or a handshake to the rest of the allies is tough to process. Best wishes to you Kyle.
I legitimately cried when I heard you were leaving. Thank you for everything you have done for the gaming community and entertainment as a whole. You will be missed my friend. But we will still be sleeping in my head forever.
Kyle has seen the light that is the Dreamcast! Your life is complete.
I am legit, not happy that this is over.
End of an era
I don't think this game seems that bad! I think with more time it could've been fun for Disney fans at least. Especially with how cool that Haunted Mansion level is
Yeah, I mean, one has to understand the time that this game came out. Mario Kart 64 introduced the concept of 3D Kart Racing and basically dominated. Everyone who didn't own an N64 was trying to find SOME game that would scratch the itch on their hardware, which is a thing that doesn't quite happen as much anymore. (Probably because they only put out like 3 genres of games anymore.)
I speak from experience: that Grim Grinning Ghosts song WILL get you content ID'd by Disney.
This reminded me of all the suffering I went through trying to platinum ModNation Racers on PS3. I did get the trophy, but at what cost to my mental health?!?!
I wonder what Kyle would think about Mickey Speedway USA on the N64
You did Toy Commander dirty, Kyle. That is a crime against humanity.
Gonna miss you at EZA Kyle, hope you can show up for a guest appearance every so often!
Kyle, defo need a season 2 of this series in which you only play DC exclusives (or first launches on DC).
This is crazy! I owned this game for PC when I was maybe 10 or 11
Haha may be the bottom of your arch but I can't help but feel how appropriate that your final game is one of the ones I played THE HELL OUT OF. But I'm a Disney nerd so...Bias. Gonna miss you Kyle...
5:10 You were hit by an acorn, dummy!
I watched this clip 20 times and didn't see that before now
@@KyleBosman 20 times? You're the best, Kyle! 😂 Gonna miss these 'professional' streams. Hoping amateur Kyle won't be too much of a stranger. 😃
The arch position surprised me. Both this and to a lesser extent Rush 2049 seemed like games that he loved while he was playing them, then he destroyed them in the rankings. While Toy Commander he appeared to hate the whole time, so how could it have been better than this?
Three racing games for this series? Interesting
Arcade like racers were in vogue during the late 90s to early 00s.
I adore that intro
is it playing buffalo gals in the background of that first stage? not sure how that makes me feel
Kyle is the angriest 13 year old duck girl i've ever seen play a Disney game and I appreciate him for it. L&R
I played the PS1 demo of this game Countless times as a kid but could never find a copy
I love this game on ps1
You called Chip Dale and Dale Chip, bruh
Dreamcast a good X-men game
Ok real talk Kyle, would you rather watch the next season of Better Call Saul or Barry more?
No, these are the only two shows I love. Barry though
I'm not crying you're crying
Sonic Adventure? Crazy Taxi? Soul Calibur? Nope. A Mario Kart knockoff with D-list Disney Characters is the best Dreamcast game Kyle could find.
Not bad driving. But nooot quiiiiite fast enough. *backseatBosman face
saturn version of this ?
What I learned about this show is...
He doesn't care about You and Him
He doesn't care about what has been
He only cares about Your soft skin
Because You are still sleeping in his head
The PS1 port is the best port of this game
Although the Dreamcast is the console I probably have the fondest memories of, this is the first game in your series I actually played haha.
The Dark Disney Queen of Nerd Media
Wasn't this game developed around the same time as Mickey Mouse Speedway USA from Rareware for the N64? Maybe the lack of "a-listers" has to do with the competition doing a similar game.
Just saw a video of MM speedway USA and there was no Jiminy Cricket or Chip and Dale, so.....maybe it has to do something about the lack of recognizable faces in this game.
@@guillermobiasini3755 I think that is a really good supposition. What Kyle was saying didn't quite make sense until you add in your info.
The Nintendo 64 Mickey's Speedway USA looks so much better than this one, it's almost unbeliavable!
Dreamcast was such a great system. Still got mine. It’s a shame they couldn’t put out more games
Reminder that the children who work for Disney the corporation are very smart intelligent people.
This looks like an N64 game... Oh well looks like you need to make a bonus episode next week Kyle.
bro you picked 3 racing games and not super magnetic neo??? smdh
should have kept the botched intro. 7/10.
So many good games on the Dreamcast and you picked some of the stupidest games to play.... Thats why this series is dead just when it started. Just like the Dreamcast.
What other unique and odd games should he have played? -- I think the point was it wasn't the mainstream stuff. There are a lot more Dreamcast games than I ever knew - I always just hear about the same 20-30. Any good suggestions on ones to look up?
Was dreamcast just racing games? No wonder it flopped.
No. But I don't think Kyle would like a lot of what Dreamcast offered.
As much as. he doesn't seem to say it, Kyle strikes me as basically a straight up Nintendo guy. He seems to want fanciful characters and environments, open worlds to explore, no real challenge or competition but distinct goals. He also seems to care far more about the games being true to their worlds in terms of a "story" than he does a game having proper rules that might need to violate what "makes sense". That is to say, it would bother him if a character, like, was wearing a backpack in his character design but couldn't pick something up and take it with him. Most people would be like, "oh, the game won't let me pick this up" where Kyle would get hung up on, "That doesn't make sense! Why can't he pick it up when he has a backpack right there!"
@@JazGalaxy - Dreamcast was known for its characters wearing backpacks yet not being able to pick things up - so that explains that.
You talk too much
