Made it to Major General PR 43, and on a smurf to Lt. General PR 45. It was a long climb up to the mid 40s back then.
how do you have that blue and red text when you put the mouse over the units? what setting is that? like on 13:23 shows some blue and yellow text
Search the mods for "better description " or "kaiser". They are the best.

@slavicdude1016 I range from 1850 to 2050 depending on civ and strategy. If I'm trying a new build with a new civ I land a bit on the lower end of that
