My friend is vegan and went so far as to drinking green juice for breakfast and living off of fruit to help heal his diabetes. He says he struggles sleeping at night and he’s always depressed. He even went to the hospital due to hydration and dizziness. I can’t convince him not to be vegan but I did tell him that I don’t think his diet is healthy. No matter how many medicinal herbs you take (I mostly use herbs for external use) your diet won’t get any better especially if it’s so restrictive. He’s taking a million herbs and exotic fruits to boost his reproductive health and size.
Honestly as I type this I think I’m going to have to tell him. My mom tried eating like that to lose weight and it went horrible. Even on her regular plant based diet she’s having so many medical issues. My siblings and I told her she needs to eat whole foods instead of proceeded vegan garbage. I don’t want to make things an argument with my friend but I want to tell him the truth.
But he has the nerve to judge people for eating meat.

You have never been a vegan. Just stop it. You have been plant-based not knowing what you are doing. Veganism is all about ethics and trying to reduce the suffering of intelligent sentient beings as much as possible and practical. If you reached this conviction at one point, you are surely not "forcing" yourself to eat more or less only animals suddenly.

I had almost no period/very irregular, fatigue, anxiety, really bad acne, gut issues to the point of not being able to eat without painkillers. This was what got me out of the box and I am never going back. People regulary tell me how they perceive I am always happy. Its because of meat/organs. It saddens me seeing people in that box and not being able to even try and understand that 99% of their issues come from their diet :( I have friends with gut issues and anxiety, they won't even try raw milk even tough we have it available, they rather eat fake chemical meat. Its extremly disgusting to me I dont want to say that to their faces bc I dont want to hurt them but its just ughhhh

What's the best way to try raw liver or raw brain for someone who never has? The whole concept seems very weird to me, i have eaten a raw egg, sushimi and rare stake. I have watched alot of your videos and I'm curious. I guess I'm wondering things like, where would you buy it. Should you stop eating foods that are highly processed to tase good first. I notess alot of ex vegans eat raw meats and think mabey there taste has adjusted to like natural flavours before they try it. What do you think, because In my mind when I imagine going from eating a standard diet to then sudenly trying this and I'm not going to like the taste or texture or smel, and then going to buy it will be weird for the first time. Would you recommend cooking brain first before eating it raw? Genuinely asking

What made me understand I needed to make changes after 14 years of veganism (some of these years raw vegan), was my brain was not functioning. Simple math, keeping up with conversations, finding the right words, I felt more and more braindead. It was a matter of days eating eggs and fish I could tell a difference. I am not carnivore, but implementing animal protein to my diet has been so important.
Unfortunately we are lead to believe plant based is the most healthy diet. The longer the brainwashing, the more malnourished, and more difficult to think straight and see what is really going on. And when ethical vegan, the ideology just takes over and seems to be more important than anything else. Glad to have escaped.

It's scary to think, isn't it!? But I agree about vegetables being that detrimental. I was never vegan, but I ended up finding in life after finding Goatis, that it turns out most vegetables I was eating was contributing to gum recession, bleeding and just generally the gritty feeling. Granted, I knew the gritty feeling came from them all along, but had no clue that a lot of the issues were directly related to the abrasive effects of these so-called "foods". Within 2 weeks of eliminating them, my gums fully restored and no issues bleeding or anything else! Just imagine what vegetables are doing to our insides! Pretty sure if I went to a Dentist, they would love to convince me I had "gum disease" when it was actually just vegetables, even things like spinach causing that.
