I have 8 inside each of my 8 mansions, along with 9 hoes and 3 butlers, I also have a hot tub in my private jet and my own personal YMCA. But eh it's not that good
Have used one with a double pedal for a wile and it's quite nice. One thing that rarely is mentioned is that you also can do rimshots and assign additional sounds to the edges. When i was out shopping, i felt that the TD15 series didn't add much and i decided to get the 11 and add the double pedals + another cymbal instead. Only thing that's better is the TD30, which gives a much better feeling, i'd buy that if i was a professional musician, 11 was enough for me.
Felt the same way after much research, found an unused 11KV at a church that was happy to sell it to me. What do you recommend as a double pedal, I have already added another symbol trigger.
Hey David, u think you could convince Roland to get this down to 1000? I'd rlly appreciate that. And can I import my own sound samples and assign them to pads?
How do you get the cymbals to sway like that? Every video that I see of this kit other than this one, the cymbals are either extremely stiff or they just kinda shift and go back in place.
Well I mean like whenever I see a video of someone who has an 11kv, they have the cymbals so tight on the pole that they don't move. A good example would be the TD11KV Acoustic test. And I don't wanna put them on there so loose that they'll fall off. I don't have the kit yet, in fact I'm thinking of investing in a 25KV, but they have the same cymbals.
Chase Gardner You probably should check out one of these kits at a music store then, and mess around with the cymbals to see if they tighten or loosen to your liking. I'm also thinking of buying the 25kv; it's a great kit.
See originally I would go with the 11KV, but then I found out that you can expand the 25 into a six piece. Plus, it's probably got better sounds since it's the newest kit.
+Chase Gardner The sounds is the main reason I want the 25 over the 11; it has the same sounds as in the td 30, but with a new module. So less sounds than the 30, but same quality sounds
What’s the size difference between this kit an the td-4kp? I am looking for a roland kit that will fit in a small area but if this kit isn’t much bigger than the 4kp I would rather have the power of quality of this kit
There is a traditional midi port on the right side of the computer and an old USB (type B) on the front so you can hook it up to cubase, reason or whatever.
+Hugh Kalino I'm interested in buying e-drum (I live in the apartment), and I'm close to the decision to buy this model (or Td11k). Can you tell me does this kit include bass pedal or I need to buy?
I wonder if I purchased a td25module that would plug into the td11kv kit for an upgrade, is their any difference in the td25hardware apart from the module?
Yes, very good, feels pretty natural to play compared to the sounds you get out of it. Only thing I find is choking the cymbals is a bit trickier compared to a real cymbal.
Roland offers a “brush” implement setting. Thus even with using wood sticks you will have the brush sound. I’m sure your question was to prove the point that brush cannot be used and you are correct. BUT Roland thought of it. 😊
Works just fine. You need to clean the "basedrum" from cloth fibre from time to time if you play a lot of metal, i look at mine and i see 2 white circles on it :o)
I think the TD15 might be able to, but probably just a feature for their higher end models starting around $4500. In my mind; the TD11KV is to the e-drum world what the SM57/SM58 is to the microphone world: "probably your best bet on where to start, but don't expect miracles.
gosh, that hi hat is wobbling so much =/ I have decided I want the more realistic hi hats for this reason... DTX 532... but then rubber heads on toms. hmmm...
Eternal cringing. That snare is way too low and angled in such a way that you have to awkwardly dig your hand between your legs to play a rim shot. How you even got the proper sound with the rim below your knees?
i remember when i first got this kit and i watched this video every hour i was waiting for it to arrive
That’s me right now!! Just ordered it to upgrade my TD1DMK
I'm planning on getting mine for christmas too. It's gonna be the TD-25KV. We're gonna have the best christmas ever!
Just bought a second hand one, picking it up tomorrow. Excited! I stopped playing ten years ago and then all my equipment died in a fire
I've got 4 of these, one for each house I own so I'm never too far away from one. I love them almost as much as I love myself
I have 7 and 7 houses
ure full of shit
I have 8 inside each of my 8 mansions, along with 9 hoes and 3 butlers, I also have a hot tub in my private jet and my own personal YMCA. But eh it's not that good
Damn, it really IS Tom *RICH* ardson
lol
I'm getting one by Christmas and I'm stoked for it. *_*
06:27 0NE ! TUU ! 3 ! FOR !
Lol
I'd prefer one that slaps me in the face when I rush or drag
Bruh its at 6:22
6:27 is at the end of it

I'm moving out of state for college next year and I've been playing for 10 years now so I might pick this up for the dorm room
does he come with the kit?
"By the way all cymbals are chocobo" -- that's what I heard when I play too much Final Fantasy.
I read this as he said it- that was amazing
Kweh?
I got to have this!!!!
Hey David, u think you could convince Roland to get this down to 1000? I'd rlly appreciate that. And can I import my own sound samples and assign them to pads?
$1000 at guitar center
Samuel Kajah this model is $1599
Dennis Rivenburg too much. Especially for these tiny pads.
Yesterday i saw these online for 319€ xD
omg im so dumb that wasnt a roland td 11 xD
I just got this set, can someone tell me how I can
get my cymbals to sound like his? I must be doing
something wrong....
Really good sound I would say the only thing is the Tom pads sound a little iffy but not terrible
How do you get the cymbals to sway like that?
Every video that I see of this kit other than this one, the cymbals are either extremely stiff or they just kinda shift and go back in place.
+Chase Gardner The 11k cymbals don't sway as much; this is the kv version, so it has upgraded cymbals
Well I mean like whenever I see a video of someone who has an 11kv, they have the cymbals so tight on the pole that they don't move.

I'am concerned about the feel on the drums, specificly the velocity. How natural on accents it sounds, compared to an acoustic kit? Thanks!
it isnt in production anymore
*chokes both cymbals*
"By the way all cymbals are choke-able"
OH WOW I DIDNT NOTICE 😂😂
::Puts the crash cymbal in a rear-naked choke until unconscious::
*after 4 hours of doing that*
By the way. All the cymbals are chokable
Hahaha...
Why does the picture show it has a double bass but it doesn't ;-;
volcom Studs none of the Roland kits come with any pedal, except the TD-1 maybe. You have to buy the acoustic pedals on your own
In all countries it cost only 1600 USD, but here in Argentina it cost 3060 USD. Fuck my country.
StoneBrain la próxima vez que viaje, la traigo de afuera. No voy a pagar el doble
What’s the size difference between this kit an the td-4kp? I am looking for a roland kit that will fit in a small area but if this kit isn’t much bigger than the 4kp I would rather have the power of quality of this kit
Thank you!
I have recently purchased the drumset so havent connected wanted to know if i can connect it to software as midi??
There is a traditional midi port on the right side of the computer and an old USB (type B) on the front so you can hook it up to cubase, reason or whatever.
thanxa lot i'll try to hook it up and see how it goes
+Hugh Kalino I'm interested in buying e-drum (I live in the apartment), and I'm close to the decision to buy this model (or Td11k). Can you tell me does this kit include bass pedal or I need to buy?
Is it more best than TD-07KV ?
Yrden pendant?
Nice sound
nice playing
Is this Greg from the completionist?
I wonder if I purchased a td25module that would plug into the td11kv kit for an upgrade, is their any difference in the td25hardware apart from the module?
Mallydawg no it will work fine.
please tell me what those speakers are so i can buy them?
David Nguyen yeah seem here i wanted to know what kind of speakers his using. I want to buy one..
I think they might be called something along the lines of Darude Sandstorm
How about this kit is much too small for him or a tall person!
...the snare is almost between his calf.
You can adjust the height of all pads/cymbals.
Ichinin apart from 1 cymbal everything else is pretty maxed out
I know! He needs to adjust that thing!
Does the kit recognize how hard you're hitting on all of the toms/cymbals? and how accurate is it
Yes
Yes, very good, feels pretty natural to play compared to the sounds you get out of it. Only thing I find is choking the cymbals is a bit trickier compared to a real cymbal.
Is it possible to upgrade this drum kit?
yes, you can see all accessories on the roland's website
julienR oke
Do you have an idea how much is this?
Noob question: how do the brushes work on this kit?
Roland offers a “brush” implement setting. Thus even with using wood sticks you will have the brush sound.
I’m sure your question was to prove the point that brush cannot be used and you are correct. BUT Roland thought of it. 😊
can you add on to a 6p electric drumset?
Does it have bluetooth to connect to a smart phone?
nope
Can you use a double kick pedal with this series?
Craig Williamson Yes.
Works just fine. You need to clean the "basedrum" from cloth fibre from time to time if you play a lot of metal, i look at mine and i see 2 white circles on it :o)
Craig Williamson Roland says don't use a felt beater because it will degrade the cloth head on the kick pad, use wood or plastic !
Can you listen to your own music and play to it as well??
ShayFU yes
@@MyTony40 how
@@bobcatdrums Easy if ur music is on a mp3 or wave file ..run it through the module.. I play my music on my module all the time .
Can u record to a usb multi tracks?
I think the TD15 might be able to, but probably just a feature for their higher end models starting around $4500. In my mind; the TD11KV is to the e-drum world what the SM57/SM58 is to the microphone world: "probably your best bet on where to start, but don't expect miracles.
Has anyone here taken this kit on the road?
Haha that song is such a blatant rip off of Sting's "Shape of my Heart" :P
Lucky
Anyone knows the song at 3:41?? Thanks
Shape of my Heart - Although its their "own version"
good
Hey... Roland..can you gift me this kit please...😇😌😌
👍
gosh, that hi hat is wobbling so much =/ I have decided I want the more realistic hi hats for this reason...
DTX 532... but then rubber heads on toms.
hmmm...
Emm Rouse who the hell wants rubber toms
Emm Rouse no don't get the Yamaha the module isn't as good as the Roland.
You can put a VH-11 hihat controller on this.
This kit costs £1500 in India with the added benefit of their being no after sales support 🤣
Eternal cringing. That snare is way too low and angled in such a way that you have to awkwardly dig your hand between your legs to play a rim shot. How you even got the proper sound with the rim below your knees?
This is an awesome Kit but it's 1000£ :'(
Christmas is about baby jesus man, not presents lel.
False. It's about the Summer equinox ...
poposisa Ikr, but people do this anyway, but to people who care, presents don't detract from the important meanings
Im an athiest sokol

Полное говно, а не звук.
