I believe fun decks are fun, and since there are far more rogue decks than real meta decks, well, most fun decks aren't meta, it's just statistics

@@samurexatlas7373 yea like having a 4th xyz monster plus 1 main deck monster, maybe a field spell too and another counter trap. This is all a maybe but that would make Time Thieves actually viable

Rogue Theory’s videos are always TOP TIER quality. I’m so glad that one of his videos were able to get featured on your channel!
1. If youre worried about power, raidraptor time thief makes it possible to have a board of Cyber dragon infinity, trap attached redoer, a dark rank 4 (i use evilswarm nightmare), and rusty bardiche backed up by a retrograde and a fog blade all off a single regulator.
2. I like the lore bit i wasnt aware that security force and psy-frame was duel terminal, i wish security force didnt suck balls because column gimmicks are cool
3. For the love of christ i wish that adjuster could activate both effects in one turn she would be so good if she could.
All in all its an all right guide for pure time thief but i dont think that its a better rank four engine/combo starter than it is a pure deck. Always happy to see time thief fan content!
Konami, if you’re listening, give us more Time Thief support! Hopefully more monsters with better swarming abilities or spells to further steal from the opponent’s cards. If not to support a rogue deck, then to give us the lore on an awesome archetype.
Judging from Hack and Flyback’s artwork, it looks like someone was targeting Perpetua in her youth, but Winder and Redoer protect her. Most likely, Perpetua is the inventor of the Time Thief gloves used to travel forward into the future, but someone wanted to do a Terminator and kill Perpetua before she could. I want to learn more about what’s going on with this archetype and hopefully we’ll get it soon. Please, Konami…?
I'd argue that Time Thieves being a combination of Persona 5 and Doctor Who is more consistent with Konami's general design strategy, as it's 2 different media franchises combined, just like Revendread is a combination of Spawn and Resident Evil.
Yeah this is exactly it. Regulator and Bezel Ship are such obvious nods to Who.

even through they are not based on Doctor who I still really love time thiefs as my favorite archetype

My time thief deck is one of my highest win rate decks. It actually topped my Branded deck which was meshed in with Despia too. Love it.

Plus they work surprisingly well with the Phantom Knight and Raidraptor support. Since Raiders Wing does the same thing as Bezel Ship and Winder do.

For maximum disruption to make this archetype relevant on its own, without other engines. It need s a Quick Play spell that takes up to 3 cards from your opponent (1 from hand, 1 from GY, 1 from top of Deck) and attach them to a Time Thief XYZ monster as materials. Hard OPT.
Stealing from hand can skip their turn tho. Would be OP

There is nothing more satisfying than using Redoer to steal the top card on the deck only to find it's the most important one of in their deck.

I never really have fun with rogue decks I know that they are insanely cool ideas but I find most of my fun in yugioh is from playing meta, I’m super competitive so it’s something that makes more sense to me
