Drama is absolutely my favorite track from AESPA. I have seen all of the group's releases since their debut and none is compared to the magnitude of Drama, honestly. From the photoshoot to the music, choreography, music video, etc.
PERIOD it is really their best song so far (in my opinion ofc)

I especially appreciate the part where the editor made sure that NingNing's shot turned completely red before transitioning over to Karina. It's such a small detail, but I never realized that wasn't a practical effect and it makes a huge difference. The editor really worked on every single shot.

Drama is a continuation of the lore of Aespa. In Better things and Spicy they were seen to be stack in a loophole and Black mamba is dead but she was created by one of the girls. Here in Drama we can see that Winter and Gigi are trying to fight Karina but she gets help from Ningning and then she messes with Winter head - the scene where Winter is holding Karina on the edge. It's super cool that they are back with strong concepts.
The VFX and editing was crazy in Drama. I absolutely enjoyed every part of it, and watching Jordan explain every transition makes it even better haha

Tbh K-pop mv edits are always impressive especially SM even the 2nd gen mvs were ahead of their time, not to mention how much you get addicted to the mv rather than the actual song

Indeed! SM people are artistically inclined but they are so underrated. SM has the best MV of all! Their MVs have lots of details that makes the scenes metaphor to the lyrics of the song.

I think what really stuck with me from the music video that I just couldn't put into words until I saw this video is the way the lighting makes the scenes feel connected and like the girls during their solo shots are inhabiting the same scene - e.g the flashlights + the lights of the car, Ningning's red filter + Karina and Winter's red backgrounds or the last moments of the group shot + the car being on fire, the lighting matches EXACTLY what it would look like if the fire was in front of them. It's just insanely well thought out
I am a theatrologist and a dancer and this must be my favorite music production. The cinematography and choreo and everything is stunning!!! The red circle the girls are upon and the half-naked dance around them is inspired by Bolero. Is a music and dance piece choreographed exactly like that!!! Furthermore, I think we all understood the vision of Kill Bill, Tarantino, non-linear format and a little film noir!!!
