Hi, i’ve done every thing you said , but the icon goes off . then i’ll press the set button again it will come back on then go off again . Do t know what’s goin on

My clock keeps stopping…I’m having to reset it daily.

Not sure why, sounds almost defective if not fully powered. Haven't heard that issue before.
