Hi everybody!
Here is my new house, sorry for the long wait but I was busy.
This mansion is placed in Queenstown world.
The lot:60x46
The mansion comes with:
A livingroom, bar, kitchen, diningroom, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, studio, pool table room, laundry, gym, indoor pool, 3 car garage and a driveway, chill out area, a terrace, outdoor kitchen/dining, jacuzzy outdoor area, outdoor pool and more...

Yes !!! what an amazing modern home...I really like the exterior and how you have constructed the house into an amazing shape, the colours, and the use of natural materials like rock in the landscaping. The interior is flawless as-well every room looks like you took the time to imagine how it would feel to actually be in the house. A real high end mansion that looks like it was a lot of fun to build !!

Very nice house I love how it is so modern. Have you ever thought of doing a commentary on the houses. I think it would make you more popular since every famous sims 3 builder has added commentary to his videos and I think that the houses that you build are better than most of theirs.

I downloaded this house!!!! thought its awesome.... love the exterior but it is soo complicated in interoir...i don't know where my sim is and its very difficult to play.... :(

I have download this, but when I place it on a lot much of the furniture has moved like the dining chairs are in the middle of the table and all the place settings are on the floor is there a way to fix this?

I can't download anything, because I have only 2 GB left on my C Disk.... Is there any way I can get the mod files and stuff on my D disk??? Because when I put a destination for the folders where to install it, it installs most of it there but still the mods folder and stuff get installed on my C disk... If I can change it, please tell me how xP

Yh is because all objects i used for this house is S3P file, no package... try put ''downloads'' folder to D disk.

1:12 the LIMO is a PACKAGE FILE, cuz as it did long ago, and has not yet been devoured Sims3Package "get"! (And even today can not be)!

I know the limo is package file... but is only 1 objects not appears in the game, ALL the rest objects are S3P.
Yh you can fix it with TSR rig fix search a tutorial for learn how to use it, is hard to explain here ...

No! If you download this house into your game the sims 3 will replace the objects from the expansion packs that you don't have with ones from the base game.

All.like I made it and everything in here needed all expansion packs and stuff packs so I think having them all payed off! :3

1. Download Delphy's Sims 3 Pack Multi-Extractor from here:
modthesims.info/d/364038
2. Select the house file you want to add to your game and open it in the extractor.
3. Once you've extracted it coped the extracted files to My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
4. Your house is installed!

In the link there should be a bar just under the picture of the Sims 3 Pack Multi-extractor that says Description, Files(1), Install Instructions etc.
Click on Files(1) and click on the zip file to download it. You might have to register on the site though.

I disagree. Only through his/her designed items where he/she can showcase true talent. In-game items would do his/her design injustice.

I would rather see a video that only uses store content and game content so that we can get an idea of what's possible in the game. This house, although it's very beautiful doesn't really help me with the game and is the reason I watch the Let's Build videos. I know you feel you need it to make a great house, but I don't believe that you do. Anyone with your talent could make a good house from anything.
