Hi everybody!
Here is my new creation, hope you like it!
The skycraper is located in Bridgeport.
The lot is 40x34.

I love this PH, it's awesome 😊 You do have to fix or remove some corrupted items in Custard, and also fix some cc if you have the Pets EP, but it's worth the great cc that comes with it! Some of the cc in this house is no longer available, so it makes it even more worth while 😊 So glad I downloaded 😀

How do I get all the original objects when installing the house?
In the description you said all expansion packs used..since that was a year ago, which expansion packs would that be?

@tweetydance I don´t remember where but try download it in "The sims resource" or download my house to get the glass floor and all furniture.
Where did you get the Glass Roof?
if I don't have all the expansion packs will it work? I have only Late Night , season , pets and University ..

When i download houses or penthouses like this that contain cc my games ALWAYS crashes, so is it safe if i download this ?
Which .ini file is it for editing the camera.

You can not do anything to the marker dissapers using cmd-shift-3, the marker only disappears with the sims 3 camera.
is the skyscraper just in bridgeport when you make a new game???

I can only find the Sims 3 setup thing and that uninstalls my game so I wont do that. Where can you find the S3P file sorry for troubling you.
The screenshots do not appear in the launcher so I need to use cmd-shift-3 which takes screenshots of the whole screen and because of this i need to get rid of the marker for where my sim is

The more sim 3 videos I watch more the more sims 4 depresses me YOU COULD DO SO MUCH MORE IN SIMS 3! Seriously all the things in 3 should have been the bar for what they needed to have in 4 from the start and then add from there with dlc's, like how all the sims 2 stuff was in 3 and then they added on to it with dlc's.

Joshua Skidds I totally agree with you, Sims 4 really depressed me, I was excited for it to come out but then I saw it and gameplay and almost everything about it depressed me, the thing that depressed me the most is having the free ability to customize the design and color of objects and walls, why did they take that out

No, you need download the skycraper, install it and in your game go to edit city and put the skycraper in a empty lot ;D

This awesome and well designed but I have a question. Do your elevators actually take you up to the penthouse and if they do how do you get them to do that? I've been trying to build my own high rise penthouse kind of thing, but I can't get my elevators to take me up.
Thank you! I put an elevator with doors in the first floor, then I put elevators without doors in the empty and useless floors and finally I put an elevator with doors in the penthouse. Basically you need elevators in all the floors.
ThreeAngle750 Thanks, but I finally got it working. I'm not sure what I did differently because I did exactly what you said when I originally started. I figured there was some trick to do because of the stretched floor but apparently I just screwed up majorly somewhere. Again, awesome work on this, dude!

after i download it on the site, and try to open it, it cnat
i got it in my game, and i love it.....but....when you install this skyscraper and play it in the sims 3, the outside of the building is covered with flooting lamps. i dont know if this is a bug or something but it takes a while to remove them all.
This cc caused my game to crash to desktop.. I used other mods and cc and it ran perfect.. It's a shame because this penthouse is fucking BEUTIFUL inside and out.. I guess he didn't test so.. Yea I'm unistalling. Just a warning for u
fluminesesoc it still runs good for me, just some little bugs in the couch in the living room. my sim kind of moves foward and backward then he sits perfectly.

I think is from TSR, try to put in google: download sims 3 glass floor, is a little glass piece for put on the floor, if you can´t find it, tet me know.

Yes.
when you download the winrar file, you have there a sims 3 pack file click it for install or put it to DOWNLOADS file of the game then go to the launcher, then DOWNLOADS and install the skycraper :D

Just take pictures or record videos with camera mode pressing ''TAB''
If you reduce the speed of the camera you slow your camera movement while recording.
Ah You mean the exchange of the sims3? No sorry, i can't upload this because the house has CC (custom content)
