I love Grech products. I love the idea here. I do not love the loo and the kitchenette occupying the same space. Can't do that. I'd be willing to give up one or both back benches before I'd do this configuration.
Most people do not use the toilet. The fridge has your drinks inside and not exposed to toilet. Wash sink is for washing hands and microwave is for popcorn while watching movies going down the road! I don't think anyone is going to prep a mael while their boss is holding a meeting 😀
