@@kathrynrichards2343 I’m sorry. If I lived there I would make one for you. It’s amazing ! If you ever get to St. Louis, I think they have some places there. Type in “Chinese Hot Pot” or “Shabu Shabu.” You have to try once. Then if you really like, you can make yourself. Very easy. Lots of vids on CZcams and you can buy sauces, instant soup base via Amazon. Veggie easy to find, thinly sliced meat you won’t find but you can partially freeze and cut yourself, slice thawed chicken, fish, shrimp. Good luck

You love to eat you live to feed people you've worked in the industry and your a kind cheerful and bright don't you think all these things are leading to ONE thing?? You need to open up your own style restaurant. Could you imagine!! With a sushi train that would bring all your food like meat and veggies for your hot pot or grill what ever your doing. And each table could do it all. Then sell franchisees! I love to dream!
