I'm a food mommy too. I'm 34 and I feed an army of people a few times a week (5-10 people). Its hard for me to cook small meals now since I feed a crowd so often.

I live in the south so we too eat a lot of fried foods. We had an exchange student from Slovakia once and she was SO upset bc she said she was going to be "fat" when she went home bc she had gained up to abt 57kg (125lbs). We were in shock bc she was also tall so by our standards she was tall and slender and she was in tears! I didn't even realize that our portion sizes and cooking styles were not "normal" to some people. :-)

I had shabu a few years ago and it was so good. The dipping sauce I had you crack an egg and add your choice of oil and you dip your meat in it after you take your meat out of the pot. Oh my goodness I can not imagine you 200 lbs! There is hope for me yet! Tofu you say? She was so happy for the fried chicken roflmbo!

Watching this, I had an idea! What if you did something with fondue? I've tried a couple of different restaurants up here in NorCal who specialize in fondue and it was so fun! And delicious! Even if you don't post about it, I highly recommend. 🧀
Naaaaaw...if you try five liters suisse cheese fondue you will need a jackhammer to digest the rock of coagulated cheese in your stomach.
