Used to live in Orrell Park in the 1940s. Left UK in 2011. So sad how run down Moss Lane is now. All the great shops gone but I see the Post Office is still there. I used to go to the Carlton to watch the movies. Flash Gordon on a Saturday afternoon.
Thank you for posting this. I lived in orellpark until I was 15 (2002) ive just shown this to my son and husband. Lovely to show them were I grew up.
