Not gonna lie. Making your trip to Japan as cheap as possible comes down to self-control. There's SO much to do and eat that you'll find yourself constantly spending money without even realizing.
If you have the willpower to resist snacks, fun touristy things (*ahem* animal cafes); and stay in hostels, capsules or with host families, you can reduce your Japan trip cost and make it a decently cheap vacay.

I don't have a job. I just like and love travel to new countries for vacation. Seattle is my 1st trip in 2024 and Vancouver, Canada is my 1st international trip in 2024 go explore the city and suburb and it's nice and awesome, but raining. My highlight is Chinatown in Vancouver, 1 of my favorite, Chinese chicken rice and it's so good and delicious and it's the best, you should try when you visit Vancouver soon or in the summer.
