LOVE how you show glow powders in the 3 vials. Being able to see the glow color and the daytime color after the adhesive has been added is VERY helpful. Please continue to do this, as it will help when I decide on what colors to get. Keep up the good work!
Hi man, i just wanted you to know that in order to "sand" or shape diamonds, you will need diamonds. Only diamonds can shape diamonds. I don't know if you're able to, but if you had sanded down the material until the diamonds were popping out, you could slowly rotate the rings in different directions, against each other, to sand down the diamonds easier, instead of going through those 10 sanding things that you said! (don't know the name in english xD )
Have you ever tried to use a diamond sharpening stone for knives? I've had pretty good luck using them on hard materials. They come in different grits.

It'd be cool if the glow in the dark powders were mixed with gem powders to give it an extra glitter :3 Like Onyx, Ruby, and Sapphire (or similar stones like tanzanite, obsidian, etc.) But all in all, well done!
I would have done an oil sand to clean up the diamonds protruding from the inlay. Also use an epoxy resin for the glue to stand up to chemical contact.
