A series of best make up products for each type of skin would be great. I have combination skin but my main problem is large nose pores, haven’t found a foundation that is good for that but I also don’t like heavy foundations.
a year or two ago I tried your anti aging routine using ordinary products. I got compliments on how great my skin looked even though I developed bad black heads, white heads and acne on my chin and either rosacea or an increased sebum production in only one crease between my cheek and my nostril. I stopped using the products after about 6 months and my chin acne eventually went away but my one nose crease (only one crease which makes it all the more odd lol) still gets outbreaks of pus, blackheads and pimples. I've never been one for washing my face and always had good skin but being greedy and getting older I wanted to make sure it stayed great and tried your skin care routine. Afterwards, I fell back to only washing it if I wear any makeup (once or twice a month) and during showers (2 or 3 times a week) and it's actually fine, with the outbreak still occurring at least once or twice a month. Now though, I've started just using a cold damp face cloth to wipe my face am and pm. In the am I add cerave daily face moisturizer for dry to normal skin (idk if that's even what my skin is I just chose it because you recommended it and I'm sure my skin isnt oily except my one nose crease lol) followed by Dr V's sunscreen. In the pm I dont put anything on my face, I just go to bed and so far my breakouts have been smaller. I'm indigenous from Northern Alberta Canada and cant help but wonder if it's evolutionary. Maybe Indigenous skin doesnt require a lot because historically we probably only cared about surviving the long cold winter lol. Maybe generational trauma is good for the skin 😅Anyway just thought I'd share my weird skin journey and see if you have any opinions on why I only break out along one (1!) nose crease. Boggles my mind.

Hi Dr V, as we start to make more informed decisions we are left with bunch of products purchased previously. As a suggestion for video ideas- 1)what might be the best way to dispose some of these products, particularly as some of them might be quite expensive and now no longer in use, so difficult to part with. 2) lipsticks are probably the most commonly used cosmetic product. Please give us only good moisturizers and mineral sunscreens options (not bad) with vitamins for combination skin, that are non-comadogenic, Nate safe, and we could find over the counter, like La Roche Posay (Toleriane and Effaclar line), Cetaphil, Eucerin, Neutrogena.. Because sometimes the moisturizers for oily skin have active ingredients that are too harsh for the skin that does not have acne or is oily. Thank you so much for your time and effort.
