Yes!! This is maby one of my top 5 fav songs all time! The Swedish singer Marcus Vik sing and scream with so much emotion! I really love the ambient and djenty metalcore these guys produce! For a bit more softer side you should def check out "Heavener" and "Reverie"

Screaming does not equal anger either this music. Need to get that misconception out of your head. It’s actually entirely unfair to the story of this band and the album this song is on.

There are more like mini movies. They are around 7 to 8 min long but that involes the plot as well. The first one is Ordinary Love and then the next is Need A Friend. I’ve said before that I don’t mind some harsh vocals in metal but I absolutely love the musical style. Love the guitars and double kicks. So this song gets a pass mark, just because of the music not the vocals. ❤️🤘🎸🎻🦘
Would love to see you check out their song False Meridian. One of their best, IMO. You really should read their lyrics, it isn't fair to equate heavy vocals to just angry about something. There are plenty of bands who ARE angry and their lyrics reflect that, but they aren't one of them. Invent Animates music is a cut above many modern metalcore artists for me and a big part of that is their lyrics alone, they are quite the poets. You've mistaken anger for passion about the music they make and what they have to say. I have met them all in person and they were hands down the nicest group of guys I have met in a band. Felt like chatting with old friends! If you want a band that a genuine sense of rage in their music check out the song Hotel Underground by Alpha Wolf!
This whole album is worth checking out. Their songs Without a Whisper and Heavener are both much more palatable. Lots more singing versus screaming.

exactly! there's absolutely nothing angry about this song and this majority of their discography, it's more of mental anguish / cathartic venting
