Lived in cold country my whole life except 3 years when i fell in love with with TN. First month i was use to °100 days and loved it... back in cold country now for 5 years my blood still not acclimated and say go back to TN...

It looks good but is gonna leak like a son of a gun with those wind driven rains that we get in Kansas. Looks are only part of a project and Jeff’s gonna find out soon that construction methods for Alabama are different than Kansas is for a reason! Not talking bad about it by any means cause Jeff always does a hell of a job but having lived in both areas, we don’t build the same way in both places. Mother Nature can be a huge bitch when she wants to remind you of who the boss really is.
