How much it would cost for car insurance and gas bills
How much cost for groceries
And other miscellaneous expenses like clothing, parties, drinks, smoking...
Pretty much you can live on with minimum wage if both wife and husband are working

thanks for the video which is good. I m thinking to move to Windsor in two years time and i have a family of four with two young kids 10 and 7 yrs old. wonder if it is a good idea to start buy a house with good school locations. single family house with 3 bed three bath two story etc but rent out till we move in 2 years later.

That was really helpful thanks, but knowing that a small family would need around 3300$ I wish to know about the median income in Windsor, would a family survive on minimum wage? I believe that's 14,25$ per hour

There are lots of asian markets and restaurants. Not as much as in Toronto but still a lot.

I think your hydro bill is way off, the average is $150 not $50, water is right $100 per month and fuel for your car is about $30 to $50 per week not a month and a mortgage rates are 1.8% for 5 years
thanks for the feedback, Hydro bill really depends on the property, if you have electrical heating or no proper insulation can also cause higher bills. generally hydro is lower for me at least
