Sorry, I honestly have no clue. I no longer work at this company and don't have access to a printer to check out. I would maybe try clearing the memory on the machine, though.
I have ZT410 Direct/Thermal printer and my test print does not have IP address and the printer screen does not have a home button to look for IP. Please help.. i cannot connect my printer to my computer. I am using RS232 to connect.
@@markohoransky240 I figured out that some settings is stored, it show the same parameter in display. But when you reboot your settings become activated.
we have to print lot of these labels at work, ip and default gateway got messed up- this video got work on track. Very helpful video

god we have the same issue after the power outage 2 out of 3 printers are loosing ip address.

I don't get this f**** printer...
I change ALL my settings and there is no SAVE menu. When I press RESET, it goes back to 0.0.0.0 this is ridiculous

try hold down the reset button for 5 seconds, I know on the ZT 610 model that works.
