Just a year ago I was morbidly obese and have now lost 100lbs and counting. I am 10lbs away from my normal BMI and that is amazing! As a former fat girl, you would have hurt my feelings so much but now I realize that is exactly what I need. Sugar coating and niceness only keep you unhealthy. Real news makes you change. #dontbefat
Fuck yeah, you rock! Keep rockin it!
So proud of you
I wish I could hug you. Keep doing Work!
Good for you! It took me 9 months to lose 55 pounds. My BMI is now normal too. Feels good doesn't it.
Proud of you! That’s amazing 💖
DISNEY predicted this with the movie WALL E
In the age of reboots, we need a wall E + idiocracy crossover/remake..... cause by the time its finished filming it might be a damn documentary. Please people #dontbefat
Well this was predicted in the book Dajjal king with no clothes
No Al bundy did not wall-e
I tell my kids that they don't have to feel full after they eat, just not hungry anymore and that it's ok to skip a meal if they're not hungry. They get it.
Also making better choices when they decide to eat, not just eating less.
I had immense pressure to be and stay thin as a kid/teen and ended up with anorexia like 15 to 25. You are doing a much healthier job of if actually explaining it to your kids
@@gracethegracious332 I'm the opposite. I was under extreme pressure to not be anorexic so I ended up 200 lbs. and prediabetic at 11 years old. I agree. Teaching kids a healthy relationship with food is the best option.
Smart
Wow needed this
I use to be overweight and now that I’m down in the lower end of healthy for my height, people in my life started calling me too skinny. Our view of what’s a healthy weight has been shifted to something it’s not
So true, so many aren't healthy yet don't want to accept it, so they want to believe healthy people aren't healthy either. Half of my family is overweight or obese. I have a BMI of 20 and am constantly rediculed for being "so small" "eating like a bird" "brainwashed by diet culture" "judging their eating habits (I've literally NEVER said anything to any of them)". I literally just eat half of what they eat when I eat meals, and they think it's a huge deal. It's crazy.
I had the same thing happen to me, its crazy.
I know how that feels, I workout out, and eat a lot(not unhealthy food) , and just look very skinny with the clothes on. However I like it because I really want to hear how people would underestimate me and then do freakin do double hand clap push-ups from back to front.
YES! I'm still 20 pounds overweight, but my friend calls me "Skinny Minnie" because I've lost a bunch. We've all been big for so long, she doesn't realize what healthy actually is.
My BMI is 18.5 which is the low end of normal. I get people saying I look like a skeleton lol. I'm a health nut
Being fat is honestly one of the worst thing possible. I grew up eating horrible food, laying around, and feeling so insecure all the time. Hoping that I would wake up smaller and skinny not realizing I had to put in work. I’m now learning about food, what I should eat, how to cook, and found love for working out. #dontbefat if you truly love yourself you wouldn’t hurt your body and mind
angie maritza I grew under similar circumstances with both my parents eating unhealthy and it took my mom passing away 10 years ago from heart disease and her being overweight for me to learn about eating healthier because I was well on my way myself to being obese
Joseph Donavon my grandma has diabetes and it caused so much depression that she just lays in bed and sleeps all day... she got healthy and started being happier but gave up.. I saw myself giving up when I first started and didn’t want to end up like that and teaching my children to be unhealthy and unhappy as well .. I’m happy you learned on your own to become healthier. Keep working
Or your self esteem.
You reap what you sow
Same here!
These are people that want Government to be "Mommy and Daddy". I was an obese child, up to my late teens. I've been eating Healthy for most of my adult life. People tell me that eating healthy is expensive. I've actually found it to be cheaper. First of all, REAL food has Nutrients, so I don't have to eat as much to be satiated. Secondly, I have no medical bills...because I eat healthy and exercise. Thirdly, My clothes and furniture last longer. Fourthly, I'm more productive at my job and my personal life.
When visit the USA and go to the supermarket I'm blown away what people have in their shopping cards. And the supersized food portions at the restaurants.
the trick is to go around the outside of the store and not pay attention to the isles.
Less than a year ago my BMI was 47. Now it's 28. I've lost 104lbs so far, and I've been walking, and doing a little bit of running. I feel bloody fantastic!
How about now?
It is very sad, because we have adults that don't care about themselves and are passing these habits down to the next generation which don't have the knowledge or resources to correct it until they are already obese and unhealthy. There needs to be a way to teach better health and life habits at a younger age. #dontbefat
2030 sounds like a long way away, but it’s really not. Meaning we are already very close to these statistics 😌
Moa Kristiansson
When you put it like that, 2030 feels like it’s only a couple years away!
9 years from now, it's nothing really
@@angelinparadise7282 before you know it will be 2022 and and we'll be one step closer I can't believe were in 2021 seems like it's only been a month since 2020 began
It's 2022 now, just 8 years away and still getting worse. Just about every other girl on a dating site today is grotesquely overweight
But they all have a type for "fit" men 🤣🤣🤣
Insurance companies should charge cheaper rates for those that are healthy
It’s sad I’m in the Army and my friends that are recruiters are having a hard time finding people who can meet the fitness and weight requirements to join.
Lmao.
Great we keep increasing the military budget and will have no one in it. Great use of resources 🤣🤣🤣
What do you do in the army?
Damn, now that’s a problem 😂
As someone who is very anti-military, this truly warms my heart.
Limited options is bs. Ive never stepped foot in a gym and never will. Im 5'1 and used to weigh 149lbs(not as bad as others but i was always known as skinny bone jones in my family) I changed my eating portions(still had normal things like burgers and such just would eat half and save the rest for later) workedout at home and now weigh 121lbs. People always say they dont have money for gym memberships or time to go. You literally only need 10 to 20 mins at home. Losing weight isnt hard its hard beating that lazy mentality
Well if half the country will be Obese and it's the endgame, we just made Thanos' job easier.
In all honesty, it's sad. You would have loved a speech I gave on this in college.
He's gonna have to snap at least twice to get all them fatties.
Jake Smith Seriously..?
@Jake Smith There are many problems at Colleges these days, but I had some Liberal teachers who were more accepting of other viewpoints.
Dude, I live in Greece, the country of the Olympic Games and the science of medicine, where fitness and health have always been glorified. Now we have one of the biggest rates of childhood obesity in the world and nothing is done to fix it. To make matters worse, HAES has come here too under the name of the organisation Fat Unicorns GR. Let's just hope we don't become like America.
I hope you don't become like us fatties :(
@@alexgreen1913 And I hope the situation in America gets fixed ❤️
All of the european countries % of obesity have grown too, the only one that kept it under 10% in the latest study was Italy(9%). I bet it's going to be over 10% in the next too.
@@alwachart I hope not :'(
Δυστυχώς..
Go to a red robin on a Friday or Saturday night.... Oh my goodness the amount of obese people. They usually are wearing sandals or slip on shoes too because it is too difficult for them to tie regular shoes without help.
When I visited New York a coupe of months ago, I saw this old obese woman who was waddling through the street. It was honestly sad. I saw so many over weight to obese people. I've spent most of my life in Japan being on the bigger size for Japan weighing in around 115lb. I think I'm at a pretty healthy weight for my height. So many people in Japan are diet obsessed. I see so many stupid fasts and diet on TV that I just have to laugh. One show was basically promoting stretching to get abs 🤦♀️
I've been to Australia as well and there are a lot of over weight people, but seeing someone who was obese wasn't too common.
Both America and Australia have such big portions. It's like having 2 meals at once. I don't know what Americans put in their food, but there're more calories in everything. Even if something does seem a good portion it might be 1000 calories. Crazy.
Traditional diets in northern European countries (exported to Brit colonies) were a bad diet--too much meat and dairy to get through long winters. Mediterranean diets are a lot better for you. Problem is to get those from northern Europe to eat like Japanese and Mediterraneans--it's going the other way instead.
I hate all the excuses that article gave for people, like you said “limited options for physical activity” what?! Pushups are free they require a floor, core exercises are free they require only a floor, walking and jogging is free it only requires the ground, most people are just lazy that’s it, no excuses they’re just not driven to do it.
Voltaire and climbing up and down stairs instead of using elevator.
Exactly! Not circling the parking lot 10-20 times trying to find a close parking spot when they are tons further away, I dont know how many times I beat people to the store while they are still searching for the spot closest to the store,
I've never lived in a society that literally blames all it's problems THEY created on others like this society does it's ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣
ZERO accountability in here
Does anyone else who’s relatively thin just go out in public and look around and continue to be shocked at how obese everyone around you is? I know it’s terrible but sometimes it genuinely gives me anxiety to see how obese and overweight people are.
I can't believe this... I wouldn't have given it a second thought a year ago but now that I'm living a healthier lifestyle ( in part because of you 🙂) I realize how horrible the situation is.
Make the change for you and your family and your friends.
Don't ever give up. ❤️
I think the problem is that people think being obese means looking like people on my 400lbs life and there forth if they can walk ok they think they are normal.
A while ago I went to get a physical for life insurance and the woman doing it was talking to me about weight and stuff and she mentioned how her weight was considered obese and she literally said “ that’s so outdated. I mean according to the BMI and height weight ratio I’m obese. Everyone is “obese” now a days but that’s because all these numbers are from decades ago.” She was in her 50s at least. Admitted she’s never worked out before and she was probably at LEAST 30lbs overweight.
That’s the problem. Everyone is fat now so it’s easy to just look at someone down the street and say well I’m not as big as them so therefore I’m ok
I’m 25, female,5’6 and 233. Instead of waiting until 2020, I’m starting now. I’m discussed with how I got here in a span of one year. No more excuses. I’m at the gym right now
How are you doing? We're proud of you. You can do it! One day at a time.
People always say I'm too skinny and I just tell them I would rather be thin and fit then be overweight I laugh at those people you are the smartest man on CZcams you just got a new subscriber
Joseph Nash speaking of being of skinny and fit don’t ya just like to hear people underestimate you and then prove them wrong.
@@jaimegomez9681 yeah it's a great feeling to prove the doubters wrong especially when I see the looks on there faces 😂
I had to stop congratulating people for being pregnant because of their bellies. This study scares me. People are actively killing themselves. I'm worried for my daughter's future when these are her classmates lives and her body of peers as she grows up
Irene Farfalla I also fear for my future children as long as our babies are strong and healthy the rest is sadly a loss 😔 breaks my heart
"It's so red it's blue!" the graph rant had me dying 😂😂
I get body shamed for keeping a healthy weight and I laugh 😂 if sugary drinks and pop are the problem don’t drink them. The amount of people taking the elevator is insane. I only use the elevator for groceries or anything too heavy. I average 20 staircases a day. I also walk as much as possible.
Two flights this week, both times a large man sat next to me and took up half of my seat. Wrecked my back trying to lean away for hours. Can't imagine flying in ten years. 😔
You should've just leaned into him, instead, and made yourself comfy. It would've been like one of those orthopedic foam mattresses. Just kidding. That's messed up. Sorry you had to go through that.
God blessed you with elbows... use em.... and im saying this a big guy who fills an airplane seat (no my flab doesn't hang over, but my shoulders dont fit so I usually cross my arms or keep them out in front of me, turns a flight into one long iso workout YAY! =/ ). Nothing like a nice elbow digging into their flab to make em think skinny thoughts.
That is crazy man. We gotta fix this problem. Although I'm from Canada were not far behind the states in terms of obesity rates !
Limited options for physical activity?! *head meet wall*
Ughghhhh this makes my brain hurt
People can’t expect the government to fix something that people are responsible for their own choices. The government doesn’t make you eat crap. YOU EAT CRAP.
They can’t throw in that good food isn’t affordable. I started my journey broke AF. It’s possible if your willing to do it.
People need to stop making excuses and just do it. No one will do it for you.
People like that make me angry. Exercise is free. You don't have to pay to run in a park, do at home workouts, go up stairs or take walks. I really hope they wake the frick up.
People that claim eating healthy is too expensive, don't REPLACE bad foods with healthy, they actually buy it along with the crap they always ate. Have you looked at how much a bag of chips cost? Regular price is over 4.00. A bag is what 2 snacks? I just bought a bunch of 6 organic bananas and it was just over 2.00. No it isn't expensive IF you quit buying junk! Ugh. Drives me nuts!
MJ G exactly! When I was in the USA for my competition I went grocery shopping. 4 zucchini for 1.00!! That lasted 4 meals. When I started my weight loss I was broke. I learned how to make healthy meals for cheap for that lasted all week. A bulk bag of rice lasts a month. It can be done. The sad part is people prefer laziness over health. It requires effort and planning to make your own meals. Adjusting your time slightly to make time to cook or meal prep is apparently too much effort.
Ever since I started watching you, every damn day fitness, obese to beast and a few other channels I’ve noticed that I began to start making healthier choices in life with what little foods I have access to and what time I have free. In all honesty, I’ve felt much better about doing day to day activities with the extra energy I have access to and the 10 pounds I lost making it much easier to move around (may sound like a little but to someone 4’7 it makes a big difference) I still have my shifts and changes but in all honesty thank you! 💕❤️
Not a lot of wiggle room, a lot of jiggle room. This is a shame. It almost impossible to change this, because we, as a society, are catering to this behavior, because of the money. People come up with too many excuses nowadays for everything, like limited options for physical activities, and no time to cook food. What?? For physical activities, like you said, Walk!!! For food, instead to a TV dinner, get some chicken and some fresh veggies, throw it in a pan, and BOOM!!! Dinner is served. I don't get it.....
NY Diesel in Fl because it takes effort and people get “self conscious” around people when they try to work out. And as for food people won’t eat it because it doesn’t taste good. What a croc of shit people live by...
Watching this in 2021 and seeing that nearly 75% are already in this category is harrowing
I started watching your videos in june and it really helps me stay motivated. I needed someone to talk some sense into me. I was struggling gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. I am 5'9 and i was 278 at my highest and I've gotten down to 255 since june and it's going to keep coming down. I need to better for myself and my child. I want to be there for everything. #dontbefat
I was overweight at 142 lbs at 5’3. But I’m back to normal now at 125 lbs! 1200 calories a day and working out 4 times a week!
Love the brutal honesty. Everyone is thinking it, you're just out here saying it!
WALK. THANK YOU. i tell people that all day at my job and studies show all you have to do is WALK for exercise. i do 20,000 steps a day and rarely do cardio
Hi from Puerto Rico. ✌🏼 You're great! 💪🏼🔥 Everytime I lose even a little motivation I come back to your channel and see your videos again. Five years ago I was 210lbs and now I'm down to 125. It was a slow and steady process, implemented the elimination diet, training and now I'm maintaining. Thank you for not sugar coating this problem. #dontbefat
Yall I see Wall-E in the near future.
I'm so glad the article mentioned the healthcare costs of obesity and I know you and Alan Roberts have mentioned it to. I work in healthcare both the ER and regular floors as a respiratory therapist. For every drug overdose that comes through the ER doors there are at least 100 sugarholics and junk food junkies suffering from diabetes so bad their feet are rotting off or suffering heart disease, strokes, and a myriad of other obesity related illnesses . We are all overwhelmed, there are too many patients and not enough hands to help. There is a desperate shortage of doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, radiologists, everyone. Often we go through personnel shortages and have to put in ridiculous amounts of overtime in order to have shifts covered, which are 12 hour shifts at least. In September we had a staffing crises and I had to work 18 days straight without a day off. There is a hospital nearby that has a 30-40% personnel shortage. Even when we are "fully staffed" we are still understaffed. Nurses, docs and RT's are burning out, both from exhaustion and from being a cog in a broken system. Problem is it's only getting worse as the number of professionals stays the same, but the number of patients is projected to grow. We are going to hit a breaking point and unfortunately this will be a problem that will collapse our healthcare system.
BTW I'm down 45lbs and got a lot more to go. My blood pressure is dropping back to normal and my health is improving greatly. I don't want to end up like my patients.
That's kinda horrifying in that you don't need to start a war to destroy a country. You just gotta give them plenty of fast food and remove a culture that praises self control and delayed gratification.
#DON'TBEFAT
I have a bmi is 29 and I lost over 20 pounds in 4 months just after I started watching you all
That is really really bad. I live in the UK, but when I go to the shopping centres etc. There is so many overweight to obese people.
I was only at the low end of obese and in my late 30s I was having health issues that I had never experienced before. Back pain, joint pain, acid reflux, eczema and digestive issues. I have friends and family who are morbidly obese - some who have never felt what life is like in a non-obese body. Obesity is being normalized and it's killing people. Please, #dontbefat - people out there care about you and want you to live.
You are very motivating❤️
I'm waiting for the denial from the Fat acceptance movement to come out and be like obesity isn't the issue it is the social constructs lol
I personally think that PART of the reason why kids are becoming more overweight and obese, are because of high amounts of kidnappings and sex trafficking that's going on all over. Parents are terrified of letting their kids go outside and play. They're even too scared to go outside with them
Thats why my daughter carries. I cant wait until shes 6 and can handle a .40 cal.
You know rates of that shit are trending downwards? Media just makes it seem much more present. I will admit though that it’s also concentrated In certain areas also
@@christianschwalbach7561 It definitely feels like it's at an all time high.
I'm so thankful my parents gave my brother and I had a proper diet growing up. If I had cookies/ice cream too many nights in a row, my mom would let me know lolol!!
I dance at home when doing chores, sometimes it makes chores longer but that means longer workouts. Heck some weeks I lose a lb from just cutting back a bit. I think ppl are scared of changing their whole lives when it honestly just takes small changes.
I live in a shitty ghetto and I walk, down 75 pounds now. No one has ANY excuse
NEJM is the New England Journal of medicine.
Yeah, he loses big time credibility for not having a clue what that stood for. He clearly put ZERO preparation into the research for this video.
Dating in this country as a dual citizen is honestly outrageous to put it nicely. Just about every girl is fat, and the fatter they are the more lists they have to check off.
Ironically A LOT of the overweight girls have a type for "fit" men 🤣🤣
I eat whatever I want, how much I want, pizza, burgers, beers... but only on saturdays. 6 days a week, eat healthy, work out.
At 13 I was almost 200lbs and i hated myself. My family didnt teach me about nutrition at all and we ate whatever we could get, because we were poor. We were taught to eat as much as possibe kinda lol. At 13 i decided to make the change and I would do this windsor Pilates fat burning workout 2x a day. Once in the morning and once at night. After about a year I was finally down to 160. Now i am 26 and still working toward my goals! It is possible!
“It’s so bad, it’s fucking purple.”🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m not surprised at all. I work at a restaurant and the amount of complaints I get over people being mad that their plates are overflowing with fries and our burgers being too small then in reality they are half pound burgers and huge. It’s just so SAD to watch.
Or the amount of soda refills people get! I will have someone ask for 7 refills on Dr Pepper! Mind you these glasses are between 12 to 16 oz. how they find any space for it in their stomach I have no idea. And then they go on and order desserts and apps too! Ahhh just makes me sick thinking about it
Swoleo, on the ‘limited options for physical activity’, that IS a problem for some people in poorer neighbourhoods. There are some people in poorer neighbourhoods who are struggling to keep their family fed and a roof above their heads, can’t afford a gym membership and can be too scared to go out a lot because of how unsafe their neighbourhood (especially if they’re female or part of a minority group that’s liable to be targeted for violence).
And it’s a sad thing that activities like running get you a lot of attention.I live in a safe place, but when I ran (even as a very fit person) It wasn’t uncommon for me to get stuff shouted at me. My brother also gets this and he’s had stuff thrown at him. In a dangerous neighbourhood, being ‘the weirdo that runs a lot’ could be deadly- especially if the runner is an attractive woman or a fat guy
So basically we are headed towards that scene from Wall-E 😂
Struggled with weight my whole life thanks to my family, but I've lost 20 lbs recently only 35 more to go until I'm very close if not at my ideal weight
There was a girl in the town I live in she was pregnant and didn't even know it and everyone thought she just had a beer gutt.. and to make things interesting she was still drinking and doing snow while she was pregnant and didn't know it.
Ugh! Just the attitude, "we aren't there yet" HELLO! Yes we are!
Iv said it before and I’ll say it again our country’s view on work helps this shit happen. For example you have most company’s on average work there employs 9 hours our past that then you have to account for the 7 hours a sleep that is needed pluse. So by the time people do get off work they ether have no fule left in there body’s our they don’t have any amount of time to even prep a meal. Our ancestors on average hunted for food around 4 hours a day and that’s how much people should be working. 4 hours a day every day and if there needs to be stuff done higher people to cover that and increase the damn pay already.
I had to go-to Wal Mart today and i swear i was the only non obese adult there. It was disgusting sad and depressing all at once.
Walk outside or walk around your living space.... March in place.... Need no space .
If I see an over weight or obese person in the gym I think great 👍 they are trying to become healthy
Limited options for physical activity? I started pacing around my apartment while watching CZcams videos instead of sitting on the couch watching them and I do 20,000 steps a day now(about 9 miles), all without leaving my home. It may not be intense cardio, but it's better than what I was doing before, which was nothing.
this was a big shock to visit USA. people in Europe eat themselves obese as well, but not in those instances... it feels nuts
Sadly obesity is not just an American problem. I'm from Germany and even I rarely see anyone that isn't overweight.
I was overweight when I was a kid because I wasn't taught any better. When I was 16 I started losing weight and within a year a lost 70Ilbs. Now I study nutrition at University to help others.
It always made me especially sad seeing how many children were severely overweight at my school. Something has to be done not just in America, believe me.
I just want to say i really like listening to your content. It has been the motivation I need to lose this 40 pounds that I have put on over the past 4-5 years of eating like crap. I have been eating better and trying do any physical activity that I can for the past 2 weeks now. So far I have gone from 170 to 160!
Another one of the reasons why it is ridiculous schools are trying to get rid of recess and other PE related activities....
How will I be able to find pants, belts, and watches in the future given that I have a BMI between 18 and 19? I've always been skinny, and avoiding junk food for the past year has rolled back years of weight gain.
I think those few of us who are not obese have to start having a lifeboat mentality at this point.
I lost 24 kilos (53 pounds) by going for a “fucking walk” . I started with doing 30 minutes 3 days a week. Now I walk for about 2 hours everyday and I’ve never felt better. I fit into jeans that I wore when I was 17 years old. Now I’m focusing on fixing my diet. We’ve cut out artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and now I’m starting to cut out sugar (I no longer have it in my coffee- I never thought I’d be able to do that). Half of America may be obese in 2030 but I certainly won’t be. #dontbefat
NEJM stands for New England Journal of Medicine. It’s a very reputable high impact medical science journal.
I completely overhauled my diet two years ago to a whole food plant based diet and lost 70 lbs along the way. I run 4-5 miles on my lunch break every day and I have a lot of over weight co workers who tell me they should get up and do something on their lunch break. I always tell them "You can! You just have to start." #dontbefat
@@moakristiansson5257 they say they don't have the discipline I have... I told them if you start and keep at it then it will be weird not to go

America now has a national health bill costing over a trillion dollars a year that is an eye watering amount of money
Poor health is also a national security issue if to many young adults are unable to join the military because of poor health that's a security issue and leaves our country's more vulnerable to attack
You can eat fewer calories but still gain weight do you sugar and salt in the food. I put down the soda, energy drinks and juices. Down from 241 to 217.
The US needs a tax on Fat and Sugar. It does work. Worked over here in Denmark

Thank you for being this up because nobody seems to want to except that we are becoming obese❤️❤️❤️
I thought for a long time, there was something wrong with me, as it appeared impossible to lose weight. Turns out, it was misinformation. I simply did not know HOW to lose weight effectively in a healthy manner. So thank you sooo much for all your efforts! It can save millions of lives!
I just wrote my final paper for my medical ethics class and actually referenced this article. Some people were debating that obesity is not actually a health issue 🙃
hopefully the men in white coats came and took.... ehem... rolled them away shortly after.
Wat..?
I am genuinely so concerned for society (obviously now) but in the future it is going to get even terrible
“Limited options for physical activity” that’s ridiculous you can literally work out with out leaving your house with no equipment
#dontbefat
Given we're in lockdown and I'm disabled, I'm moving my body by walking around my small garden in a circle every two hours for a few minutes. Anything is better than nothing
Being fat sucks. I dropped over 60lbs. I’ll never go back. It’s not worth it. #dontbefat
LOVEEE it when papa goes H.A.M.!!!! Common sense isn't common now a days 🦍💪🏽
"Limited options for physical activity". I work out 5-8 hrs a week, including tension bands wrapped around a door, calisthenics you can do on your floor, yoga you only need a mat for, tai chi and qi gong you can do anyplace, hiking and running you can do outdoors, a set of dumbbells and bench in my basement. I have a gym membership I only use about twice a month because I don't have a cable machine or squat rack, but as you can see I can't make excuses I have 'limited options", if I can't afford/get to a gym. Shed the excuses, and you shed the gut.
I don't think I'll ever love to exercise, like ever, but I love myself enough to try. 30lbs down, 30 to go. #dontbefat
You'll be amazed how much better exercise feels when you're not fat.
Don't hate fat people just don't become one

This is so scary🤯
That’s why I started my routine this past October versus New Year’s Day to lose fat. But if a lot of people are going to be obese, I would think fitness and medical jobs will be in need....
#DontbeFat
This video stressed me out 😅😅
Now that I’m getting closer to 30, it’s becoming increasingly harder to find single women that aren’t overweight. On the bright side, dudes around my age are already starting to get beer guts. It’s depressing. It’s like no one gives a shit anymore. What’s even worse is the number of kids who are already obese in middle school and high school, wasting the best years of their lives.
I'm over 100lbs over weight. I really need to do something. I go to the gym on and off and but can't maintain a healthy lifestyle. The longest stint I have had recently was 7 weeks. Literally belly decreased so much. I'm sad now.
The Netherlands seem to be making serious strides . Basically they stoped the car obsession and make their residents walk and ride their bikes everywhere .
Says who? We’ve been riding our bikes for ages: I don’t even own a car, never felt the need/desire.
I went shopping at WalMart today and saw some guy who looks about in his 20's ate his own booger. As I was leaving the store, there was an older lady pushing her cart so I decided to hold the door for her, no big deal, but there were two females right behind her (one slightly older and the other around my age in her 20's) the two old ladies said thank you, while this girl (overweight btw) gave this ugly mean look towards me instead of saying thank you. And those two incidents made me realized that this American society is dumb-down. Promoting obesity, manner/etiquette is a dying habit, and feelings over facts are encouraged. We're devolving instead of evolving.
