Sir I am confused, In one video you said we have to use for eg " Yo soy" so on. In this video you are informing that we have to use " Yo Estoy ", could you please tell why so.

"Eres" ta use ham SER verb ke sath karte hai aur "estás" ka use ham ESTAR verb ke sath karte hai. For more please watch Day 5.
