I really appreciated that you weren’t showing off your playing abilities instead of the sounds and thus quickly moved through Many sounds! I am about to buy a Jupiter x and this video helped my decision greatly!

This info is golden! Thanks for the info. I completely missed how to access these new sounds after the update. I love my XM. Glad I pulled the trigger. It amazes me how folks take potshots at equipment they have never tried in person--or own. Once you own and X or an XM--you get it ;)
Holy smokes - these sound absolutely massive! This new model is spectacular and makes it sound like a whole new synth… can’t wait to update mine!
Absolutely! The engine is huge and the new menu makes things a whole lot easier to navigate/create too.

Bro where should I learn to play piano like where I know what notes I’m hitting and know like music theory. Idk where to start. I like all genres but I’m tryna sing and rap and play piano and also incorporate the skills for my digital audio workstation like fl studio. I like those passionate chords a lot and also like Spanish music I make trap hip hop music mostly too and I like melodic trap beats
Hi, I have a doubt. If you update the old scenes are lost? I see videos with the new update just with the same number as the old one, so they have to be deleted, right?

Hi Neil - I'm puzzled - I updated my Jupiter X to version 3 - but it still has all the old scenes and none of the lovely new ones you are playing here - not sure where I've gone wrong?
You to 'reset user data' to get the sounds once you've updated the OS. First do a back up, just in case, then go to menu/utility. Now you want to do a factory reset. Uncheck the lower two options on the next screen but keep the top one (reset user data) checked. Okay all the way through and it will eventually ask you to power off and restart. You should now have all new scenes and tones :)

Hi. WIll i loose my original scenes after update to 3.0?. If does, how to make a backup scenes files. Cheers
Always best to make a full back up of your sounds - when doing a big updated like this, there are two ways and you should do both.
1. Go to system/utility then backup.
2. Do a full export of all sounds - again go to System/utility for that too.
Then once updated you import your own sounds back in.

the new scenes dont appear in my version 3 what am i doing wrong?
Do a factory restore - AFTER you have backed up any old tones/scenes you want to keep! In my facebook group there is a .svd file of the new sounds that you can import instead of doing a factory restore. facebook.com/groups/jupiterxandjupiterxm
Is it possible to make own drum sequences in it? Propably yes, can you make a video, please?
