She can lay lines effortlessly I want to be able to make lines like this I struggle a bit in making a solid one pass I have to sculp my lines any tips on this subject
Use thicker needles like 9RL instead of using 5 or 3
Don’t listen to ahsho...Doesn’t matter what needle you use, keep practicing, make sure your machine runs smoothly and fast enough. Start making short single pass lines, then work your way into bigger stuff.
My mentor told me, “put the ink in the skin”...
Basically, don’t be a bitch. Put the ink in with intention. Don’t go easy handed because you’re afraid to cause some pain.
Experiment with pressure.
depends on what style you doing , what machines do you have what needles are you using , what colours what placement on the body - it takes alot more questions just to say `` try this `` everyone is different and so are the tools you using
Turn up your machine if it’s a rotary, line slowly and make sure you have good ink flow from your tube to your needle. A longer stroke helps
This makes me confident to do better with my art

What kind of soap are you using to clean off the skin and what kind of cloth or wipe do you use to do the wiping ?? Do you use any particular amount of oitment for the skin during the tattoo ?
