Thanks a lot for the great videos! Do you know a way to only use the eyes and/or eyebrows from a photo and transfer it with IPAdapter? I've tried it together with FaceDetailer and GroundingDino segments but I can't seem to make it work.

hmm irgendwas scheint bei mir nicht zu funktionieren, mach ich es oldschool passt alles, mach ich es aber über unified loader ist das gesicht komplett verpixelt (als hätte man den falschen sampler), sieht richtig hässlich aus. Ich teste mit SDXL models, hat jemand das gleiche problem oder eine idee ?

Das FACEID Model (nicht FACEID PLUS V2) funktioniert bei mir nur mit dem IP Adapter - nicht mit IPA Advanced oder IPA FaceID. Hast du da getestet? Ich bekomme den Fehler:
[Error occurred when executing IPAdapterAdvanced:
mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (1x1024 and 512x1024)
...]
Sobald ich Plus V2 benutze oder den Unified Loader an den einfachen IPA hänge, gehts.

Update: Sobald ich den "alten" Model-Loader nehme und das FACEID Model wähle (betrifft SD15 und SDXL), gehts. Vielleicht findet der Unified Loader mein Model nicht...?

Fehler gefunden: Hatte zusätzlich noch IPA Noise drin (image_negative). Irgendwie funktioniert der nicht mit FACEID, sondern nur mit PLUS V2.

why aren't you using faceid node for faceid?

You don't need it unless you want to change the weight for the v2 models or use the insightface loader directly.
