Love the Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison shout out! I feel like it's rare to see young people still enjoying the oldies and taking inspiration from genres like rockabilly and the crooners/ballads. There's so many amazing voices from that time era and it makes me smile to see the music live on and continue to influence future generations beyond.

Fabulous interview. Stephen is such an example for young men and women his age . He breaths self confidence, respect for himself and others, wishes people the best in everything they do. A young man who admits to getting down on his knees to pray is such an inspiration for those who are seeking peace and inner tranquility. God does exist. Keep going, Stephen (and, keep that wonderful humility, too!): Del Shannon, Buddy Holly, Gene Pitney...and YOU. Glad you're proud, mom :-) By the way, Tom, Bobby Goldsboro is still alive! He's just 82, which isn't especially old by today's standards.

Stephen sounds SO MUCH like that era for sure~~ this particular song REALLY reminds me of The Everly Brothers " SO SAD A LOVE GONE BAD"......its beautiful & this song is just as beautiful or even more beautiful if that's possible ~~ thank you Stephen!!!
I love that his music sounds vintage! It’s what attracted me when I first heard Be More which still, every time, makes me stop what I’m doing and not just listen but feel the music!

So, I thought that beginning piece of “Evangeline” was Bobby Goldsboro’s”Honey” although sad speaking of “Honey” He did other songs, and one that went to the movie 🍿 Summer of “42” the piano 🎹 in the low keys were so great! Seen the movie when I was 15 pretty sure,funny/sad but,anyway Bobby sang it so beautiful.💖And he was handsome and still lives? Yeah❣️Anyways am always rooting for true real talent,old talent scout,knows you Stephen are a genius musician ✅👍💎🎤🎸🎯
