People will still somehow ask if it's electric.
Lol true
lol let them live iq isn’t distributed equally 😂
Love the video man! what a mental board!! this is serious power!
Thanks pal
So pumped you got this... Please do a ride video of that beast.
Ok bro I will finish it tomorrow and get it out thanks for the comment
Bright Green and black are one of my favorite color combinations.
Just putting this out there. 22k watts is 29.5 horsepower. This board's power to weight outstrips the fastest racing go karts available. Unreal.
That’s cool fun fact fro sure
The only negative I have is that there are no heat sinks, I have a similar board and I can overheat the VESCs with my weight of 60 kg even with heat sinks. I am pushing 132a per motor but still, otherwise I agree this is a top of the line board and If I wanted to buy one, this is what I would go for.
The 4wd don't need it. The esc already have a heatsink built in also. The 2wd comes with a superthic heatsink so no need to worry about overheating esc 🎉
Yeah your riding at the absolute limits you mad man!! 60mph constant..haha, Love your videos
@@bioboardseskate5457 I can only compare to my experience with unities where I have both ESCs mounted on just one heat sink but I can over heat it pretty fast to almost 80 C using 132a for rear motors and 80a for front motors. Maybe Ubox is using some lower resistance mosfets that do not heat up that much or maybe as the Unities get used more and more the resistance on mosfets raises and it creates more heat. Don't understand how Uboxes could be set to 120a per motor and not overheat without a heat sink and the heat being able to escape the enclosure but I will take your word for it. Can you elaborate on the mosfets? I think your older gen boards were using the unity, do you know if there are differences between unity and Ubox in terms of heat generation? thank you
@@boredCoy Only a little over 50 mph max but thank you :)
I wish that they couod come up with an option of true off-road tires so that I could ride it on snow surfaces(up to 6cm).
You could just wack bigger trampa tires on these
Great video
Thanks pal
Woot, woot. ⚡️😎
Dude.... that thing looks crazy AF! I'm curious as to what the torque would feel like on the street wheels. Have fun & be safe!
On the previous one it was unrideable because of the acceleration
Looking forward to the ride review.
I aim to film it Sunday
@@Esk8Nomad no rush mate.
Take it easy, and it will get done when you can.
@@lukedudgeon8699 I’m hosting a group ride so would be cool to do it then
That board is NUTS! BTW, what helmet is that at 1:15? Looks awesome!
Thanks pal
Dang man, awesome! Looks like iI may have to buy this instead of the XLR. Just had to submit a claim, as I'm too close to the 6 month deadline, and unfortunately Ernesto has been quite miserable to deal with. I think I just got super unlucky. Oh well.
I think kaly is slowing down atm unfortunately
Motorway capable, nice.
incredible board but yet again you did not talk about the trucks AT ALL Mate. The trucks are one of the most important aspects to be able to handle these highest speeds on the market aside from the obvi motors and battery. I noticed they don't come w/ the normal channel trucks that usually come w/ all the high end boards. Look like RKP Trucks? Angled? Wedged? Risers? How much of a difference do you think these RKP's compare w/ previous bio version channel trucks for these high speed stability? Thanks.
So dude. How do you manage board storage?
How does this compare to the Kaly XLR? If you had to choose only one board of all the ones you've tested that are in this class (power and range), how would you rank them 1 to 3? Love the reviews...keep them coming. Great stuff!!
Thanks for the kind words I will make a 3 way battle for the kaly lacroix and bioboard soon
When? When? When?
Really can't wait this review!!!
😉
Cant wait to see that thing out on street wheels! 😆 Ride safe
Hope to see you Sunday bud
Just in case you want to ride to the moon!
@@Esk8Nomad What's happening Sunday ? London ?
@@snowhiter Sunday group ride check my instagram pal
Paul I'm from Michigan I'm wondering how much the board cost and what the water proof factor is?
No board is water prof but build quality is very good and definitely seen it tested hard for water resistance and truly is built well
Bioboards scare the shyyt outta me.....I want one🤙🏿
can it work a 260 pound man ?
They shipping with the Davega attached now? Or was that some movie magic???
I said I already opened the box for a peak so your right doesn’t come with the devaga you need to attach it 👍🏻
What is the carving like on this board? I don't mean like sliding the back wheels. I just mean like carving down a hill? would this be a bad board for someone who enjoys carving like that?
Tbh it’s not a carving board you can do
It but if you want that go 2wd instead
This board is obviously very fast. How do you find the carving experience? Kaly seemed to have that on lock down with the boutique brands, but it seems as though they're not in business anymore.
I would recommend for the carve now look at Hoyt dad bod or speed go bioboard
looks like the charger has 110 - 230 switch. don't do what i did and plug it in to the uk socket at 110v, it went pop!
Yer need to be careful
@@Esk8Nomad definitely check it next time 😆
How do I get my hands on this?
Link in the description mate
Hey I am in market for a a powerful board with max top speed of incredible. Would you recommend this board over other high speed competitors?
Yea definitely unless you want something for a track only
Primary use would be to push my limits of top speed. I am also looking at the SkyArt magnetic rs+ but there is very limited documentation on that board maybe because they are a newer company…
@@Adrenaline_Dice the fastest board on the planet atm is the raith board vengeance
Yea, that board it something to consider but its seems to be very application specific. Has to be a perfect flat run way like an airplane strip, and with that battery size you wont be going back and forth too many times. Honestly I wish there was more available information on the production version of the one he hit record with. I an going to shoot them a few questions regardless.. I am more attracted to a board that can do more and go further. Thats what brings me to boards like the bio board. Then my next question is, how fast can it go if modified? Can the trucks handle speeds over 60?
@@Adrenaline_Dice you can tunes the trucks yes
who wants to go from Melbourne to Miami in 2 hours on a longboard ?
Do it
I am sorry if I paid what that board costs and it was packaged and shipped like that I would be massively disappointed. I guess 5k doesn’t get you what it once did. 😂
what is the estimated range on this bad boy?
CCa 1380 wh will give you 28-75 km of range, all depends on your weight, pneu pressure, riding style, speed, wind, hills, amount of acceleration etc...
I hope you paid a tariff on that Yankees hat.
What is the weight of this thing?
Not sure but it is heavy
Fun fact, It’s actually not the fastest board you own, the Kaly XLR does 120kph on low gearing and up to 140kph with the ludicrous high gearing.
When is the range test coming?
I will try and finish it the next few days Mate sorry
7:31 you said titanium screws, that kinda bothers me iv striped more ti screws than steel screws in my experience, and im kinda disappointed they went with that over traditional screws for longevitys sake
Fair point but I feel their are better quality
@@Esk8Nomad not really possible, iv only used the highest grade of titanium witch is grade 5, it has a Rockwell hardness scale of 41 compared to standard stainless steal witch has a hardness of 70
You can get it with black standard hardware to. So far out of 200 boards with this titanium screws we have no reports of broken screws🎉
@@bioboardseskate5457 thats awsome, that was my only concern about the board. Everything else blows my expectations away, very well finished boards id love to ride one in the future, rn im riding a custom prototipo
Wanting that much power on a skateboard? Is that even skateboard culture? I suppose downhill skaters are speed freaks tho. It just seems like turning and carving and just fooling around is not priority. Really beautiful board! They are using kenda 909 tires. Those are great all around tires.
I am so bothered by how much the enclosure bolts stick out…
They don’t stick out much at all trust
thing is (for me at least) the bike lanes, pavements etc. are terrible. I can only imagine what going over a pothole at 25mph+ would be like. I cant get much speed for this sort of reason.
Tbf the big wheels help a lot with that
@@Esk8Nomad yeah I got 8 inch but its the same thing. its so rough.
You going to be selling your older Bioboard 😊👍
It’s gone onto another home
@@Esk8Nomad I’m looking and saving up for a new ride after my EUC was stolen 😀
@@KK-ol5ov so sorry to hear that man this thing is a beast
If you can't do a kick flip you don't belong on a electric skateboard.
Why did he keep caressing the cardboard box?🤨
