We plan on starting a series about working on and fixing various types of shears. I don't have a timeline but we hope to get started on it soon. We will definitely have a section on curved scissors. If you are having issues with one now, shoot your questions over to us - customerservice @ wolffind . com

Good info but the resolution and focus of the camera makes me think this was made 30 years ago.

So my scissors I have are suppose to touch at the base and the tip? It seems like they cut better, very well until my daughter was cutting some thick paper with them (and I apologize I’m a sailor ( us Navy vet from long ago. We had to fix our stuff). I know they are cheap to y’all but the set cost me 80 bucks for 3 of them momma poppa and baby ones. Great for all my studs. Big ones for fabric, small ones for my mustache trimming and arm bands from the damn hospital. But my middle pair. The poor things I think were abused and no one was there to defend her. He heal and toe (base and tip or what ever your language is for them) touch. But they just don’t gel right and or cut right anymore. I admit I can sharpen a knife or shine some shoes, but scissors I use this doohickey I bout years ago that he manufacture suggested and sold also. It has always treated me right and I do say I wrap it up gently after I unpack her for sharpening and tuck her up dearly when I’m done. So I’m not as savvy as y’all on cutting ner nuffin but I was raised you don’t respects it lessen you earns it. Well I did buy them 10 year ago and I’ve hemmed. A few dresses for a prom or two of my two oldest daughters, my sons crows when he made 3rd class and a few dresses for youngest of 13. I might have made a dress or two with the grand babies. So sees my fix kind sir’s. She just ain’t a Cutt’n like she should and I knows som’pn just awful has bewitched her and made her cuts astray. I thank ye for your time a readen this new sorta post’n notes Er such. And I thank ye if’n ya can ner kant yousa mighty nice for all the help’n all these people you do help. Me.... I just do what I can to make a clean honest liven and raise these toughens respect is cheap. Era body can afford it. Again, this Texan tips his hat to y’all. Thanks.

Hey Rob, shoot us an email at customerservice@wolffind.com and we can help out. You can also send the shear to us and we can take a look at it and see what the issue is. It might be an issue with the set but it's hard to say.
