    I love the videos and how you explain everything. 1 of my best lay strategies I like to use is on the come-out roll. I will lay $120 ($124) on the inside #'s ($30 each) and use a 65-12 dice set. If the 7 comes you get paid $90ish. If an inside # is rolled you lose $31. 4 or 10 and money back with no harm. When i watched this video I was hoping you would mention that play.

      Do the dealers hate you? I was considering this same play, on the come out only, hoping that I could just go "off" after the point is established and play some place bets, but it seems I would have to ask the dealer to take me down for every shooter. How do the dealers react and treat you when you play like this? Where do you play?

    Best bet in casino is a minimum flat bet on dp or dc then backed up with maximum lay odds. Minimum flat bet minimizes losses from come out 7/11. After point is established, laying max odds is best, because the odds of you winning that bet is ALWAYS in your favor! It's kinda like doubling down on 10 or 11 in black jack. You won't win every single time but the odds are always in your favor.

    When does it make sense to make a Buy bet on the 5 or 9?

    • @wiseman4160
      @wiseman4160 Před 2 lety +1

      Place on 5 or 9 is 4.00% house edge buy on 5 or 9 vig upfront is 4.76% house edge buy 5 or 9 vig on win only is 2.00% house edge only for the casino.
      So if the casino says you pay the vig on the win only that is when it makes sense to buy 5 or 9 because the casino will have only 2.00% house edge

    great content, one question, in regards to the Vig; what happens on an auto buy if the big red shows with say $20 on the 10? do they ask for the $1 vig or just take the $20 and treat it as $19 with a $1 vig?

    • @g0avs3327
      @g0avs3327 Před rokem

      if the casino wins the bet as they would a buy 10 on a 7, they don't care if it's vig or not, cause it's all theirs. Only think you would need to watch out for is if they make you prepay the vig, cause then you would lose $21 instead of the $20.

    • @voodooros
      @voodooros Před 3 lety +1

      @@jamesnewberry2945 It can be proven by math and probabilities.
      Let's say you bet $10 on DP and the point is 4. You put $30 odds for a total of $40 bet. If you win, you get $10 + $15 = $25.
      If you lay $40 on 4 (+ $1 vig), you get $19 when you win.
      DP pays you better, but you may lose that $10 on come out roll. It's worth the risk, however.
      DP has the house edge of 1.4%. Lay has the house edge of 5%.
