Hi everyone!
Aloo ko achar is a very traditional mix pickles made by mixing different types of vegetables such as aloo i.e. potatoes, cucumber, carrots, chilies and a lot of other spices. Alu ko achar when made in Newari Style is one of the most popular side dishes in Nepal. Alu ko achar goes well with roti, pulao or any other dishes therefor it is popular during marriages and party. Aalu ko Achar is one of my favorite dishes. This potato salad is a bit spicy, sour and tangy in taste. It is very easy to make.

List of the Ingredients:
8 Medium sized potatoes
2 medium cucumber
2 medium carrot
1 cup frozen green peas
1 red onion
4-5 green chili
4 dry red chili
1 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tbsp cumin seeds
½ tbsp fenugreek seeds
½ tbsp sichuan pepper
80 gm sesame seeds
60 ml table spoon mustard oil
1tsp turmeric powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp lapsi powder
