Resep Beef Pepper Rice (untuk 2 porsi)
Bahan:
1-2 porsi nasi
200 gr US Flank Beef Meat The Boss
Jagung pipil rebus / kalengan secukupnya
1 batang daun bawang
80 gr butter
Black pepper secukupnya
Saus:
½ buah bawang bombai
10 siung bawang putih
3 iris jahe
4 sdm minyak goreng
80 ml kecap asin
150-250 ml air
80 mirin / jus apel
30 ml arak masak, opsional
60 ml madu
1 sdt dashi powder / kaldu ayam
¼ sdt minyak wijen
Gula sesuai selera
Langkah:
1. Blender bawang putih, bawang bombai, dan minyak sampai halus
2. Tumis bumbu halus, lalu tambahkan jahe, masak hingga kering
3. Tambahkan arak masak, mirin, kecap asin, madu, lalu tambahkan air, dashi powder, dan gula, aduk rata
4. Masukkan minyak wijen, masak dengan api kecil selama 5-10 menit
5. Potong US Flank Beef Meat The Boss dengan ketebalan 2 mm
6. Siapkan wajan, dalam keadaan dingin tuang minyak ke wajan
7. Cetak nasi dengan mangkuk kecil, panggang nasi sampai sedikit berkerak
8. Susun butter di atas nasi, jagung, black pepper, dan daun bawang
9. Masukkan daging mengelilingi nasi, masak dengan api besar
10. Setelah setengah matang tambahkan saus dan 1 sdm butter
11. Tambahkan saus di atas daging, aduk dan masak hingga matang lalu pindahkan ke piring
12. Beef pepper rice siap disajikan

Beef Pepper Rice Recipe (yield: 2 servings)
Ingredients:
1-2 serving rice
200 g Meat The Boss US Flank Beef
Canned corn as needed
1 pc green onion
80 g butter
Cracked black pepper as needed
Sauce:
½ pc onion
10 clove garlic
3 slice ginger
4 tbsp oil
80 ml soy sauce
150 ml water
80 ml mirin / apple juice
30 ml cooking wine, optional
60 ml honey
1 tsp dashi powder / chicken powder
¼ tsp sesame oil
Sugar, to taste
Steps:
1. Blend the garlic, onion, and oil until smooth.
2. Sauté the blended spices. Add the ginger in and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the cooking wine, mirin, soy sauce, and honey in. Then, add the water, dashi powder, and sugar in. Stir well.
4. Add the sesame oil in. Cook on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
5. Slice the Meat The Boss US Flank Beef into 2 mm thickness.
6. Prepare a nonstick pan. Without heating the pan, add some oil in.
7. Mold the rice with a small bowl. Toast it until a crust is formed.
8. Add butter, corn, black pepper, and green onions on top of the rice.
9. Add the beef in around the rice. Cook on high heat.
10. Once the beef is half-cooked, add the sauce and 1 tbsp of butter in.
11. Add the sauce on top of the meat. Stir and cook through, then transfer to a plate.
12. Beef Pepper Rice is ready to serve.
