The most unrealistic thing about this game is the fact you can see ANYTHING while swimming underwater in the Amsterdam canals.
I mean the waters of Amsterdam seem sparkling clear to me. I've swam without goggles in my college pool pretty fine.

I replayed most of the cod campaigns leading up to this and without a doubt it is one of the best campaigns they’ve released in general
I like the fact that the last 2 MW's start with War Crimes, and that Nano adds some more
