I would’ve broke a couple of them bowls!! 😂😂😂😂
I'm weak
I would of had half the pan of rice on the stove..on the floor . He flippin and flicking and swirling around that rice like it's air ...🤣🤣🤣
It's not 10 minutes....it's 10 minute.
10 minute, 10 minute
He has great pan game.😂😂😂 It looked like he was tossing and turn it over on the scooper at the same time. At this point; I give up. He's performing magic.
Okay, I'm about to put you on some game. I was a cook for 10 plus years, and I worked a sushi and asian restuartant (two different places) for about a year each. The Wok is NO JOKE! That fire that he was cooking on is between 700-900 degrees. That towel is so he won't burn his hand. A wok is like if a cast iron skillet and a grill had a baby. Most dish takes no more than 3 mins to cook in a wok. Now depending on the meat it can be raw to fully cooked, going into that wok. Since he put it in at the end it's more than likely fully cooked. Raw or partly cooked meat are one of the first things but in the wok. By the way it looks it's could be just salt. Most restuartants like this don't carry MSG do to the scare. But GMO and MSG are NOT the same. MSG is not harmful, it is just another seasoning. I know you joking and I love your videos. But careful about jokes like that an average person don't the difference and it just not helping anyone out. But overall love your stuff. I would love to answer any other question you may have.
"Anytime you have a face towel on the handle...you mean business" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just the comment I was looking for!
That's one of them big momma face towels. The same towel she used for those old school hot combs. Towel always had burn marks on em. Smelling like burnt hair and cotton. 😂
😂😂😂😂
@@Soulplaya007 🤣🤣🤣
That had me dyin😅
“If you ain’t tappin’ yo side three times, you ain’t cookin’.” 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
🤣
Nooo 😂😂😂😂
I passed out when he said that!!!
Lmaooo
So the powder was a salt, white pepper, msg and sometimes they put sugar, that helps to balance out the flavors and salt levels. Also the liquid he used was seasoned oil. It's old they separate after they fly onions, scallion, chicken or peppers and use it to cook the fried rice
I thought the white stuff they put in was cocaine
@@mikewhocheeseharry5292 why the fuck would they put in cocaine to their rice
@@mikewhocheeseharry5292 Right?!
@@mikewhocheeseharry5292 that's why I said "sugar" 😉🤫
@@mikewhocheeseharry5292 that's why Chinese food is addictive. 😉
I went to school with a kid, his family owned a Chinese restaurant, I learned a ton of cooking and stirring methods. Most food is prepped and ready to reheat and blend flavors. It's impressive the amount of food the restaurant could throw together and get it out the door into customer's hands in short time.
having a jet engine as your stove also helps
Chinese food is teh OG of fast food
My auntie is Chinese, and she said, fried rice is better when it is cooked a day earlier. I noticed when I tried to make fried rice with rice I cooked on the same day it doesnt taste as good due to consistency.
@@Mercenary-1914 I think she meant the white rice they uses to fried should be cook and left in the fridge the day earlier to dry it out
@@skyton658 Thats what I was saying
Not only did he not lose a grain of rice during the cooking process but he served it perfectly on the plate not a single grain left in the pan 😲👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
That was the most impressive thing to me, like there was EXACTLY enough for those plates and not ONE grain left in the wok, WHUT????
Homeboy is a COOK cook! Not to be played with! 😂
Exactly 😂😂😂😂😂
Omg the rice is already cooked people lol.
I still saw a few grains but the fact that he flipped the majority of the rice INTO the spoon is BEYOND me 🥴🤣. My OCD ass would be trying to scrape all the leftover rice into the damn bowl 😀🙃🤣.
I would have spilled it all over. His rice game on point lol.😂😂😂😂😂
I would have had rice all on me the stove & floor 😂😂😂
holding the heavy pan with that handle for long (2-3 minutes) is very tiring, I know because I tried!
As a former cook who worked at a family-run Chinese restaurant for 8 months while their son was overseas finishing college, them folks are badass in the kitchen period 💯
HE PUTTEN CRAVY ON THERE !!!!! Had me rolling .....🤣🤣😂😂
did you say gravy???? that ain't southern food, it's soy sauce.😂😂😂😂
I’m glad someone else caught that 😂😂
I'm in knots laughing at the gravy comment 😊
He couldn't get close to a single ingredient besides rice and eggs but that's ok 😂
@@chuchuchuchia don't forget about the ham and lettuce 😂
I was just about to say this. Gravy, really??? 🤣
Dude, you are so unintentionally funny!! I was lmao! Made my day!
"I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT" ! 🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A lot of the items he uses are already cooked, like pork, or already chopped and ready to go, like scallions. The rice is already cooked, too. So he’s heating up everything and bringing them together-but in such an expert and perfectly done way.
Nailed it
All about that prep
Ya... In the restaurant business, It's called "prep work". And it's 90% of cooking. The guy who posted this video, sounds like a complete piece of work. Ya... An A-typical ignorant American Black "💩".
They are always squawking about something they know nothing about. Yep... Talking loud and saying nothing.
You see... Every time one of them opens Thier mouth's, they just spew bunches of vomit 🤮🤮🤮. Yep... You can hear his distain for this cooks profession and culture.
Wow. I really understand now. Thank you so much for clearing up all of my questions. Maybe now I can finally get some sleep. 😶 We need more heroes like you, sir. I’m serving up some steaming hot Kung Pow Sarcasm to my family today. I also had all of the ingredients pre-cooked and also previously prepared. Also, cut up and peeled. Spicy! 😋
Yep prepped in advance like most restaurants.
“ You got to tap yo side three times!”😂
I subscribed after watching this❣️ Everything you said was on point! I was watching and listening every step of the way❣️🤣🤣🤣
Idk but my arms would be aching after all of that 😂😂😂
And only made one dish🤣🤣
That's why when they punch you in martial arts, IT'S INTERNAL DAMAGE
Lol his arms were hurting. That’s why he took a little break 😂
I was thinking the same thing!! My arms would be burning! That pan looked heavy as shit!
Imagine an 8 hour shift
You should watch more stir fried rice videos. It will take the mystery right out of wok cooking. Right wok, wok spatula, rice cooked the day before, advanced prepping ingredients, and gas stove.
I have not bought Asian food in years after learning how. Best decision ever. Experiment with different ingredients, (make your own egg rolls and wontons) tempura, oyster, soy and hoisin sauce, sesame oil, spices, all give so much customization/variety and much less expensive than takeout or delivery. I stir fry so often that I now have four woks; cast iron, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Home cooking is the best.
Whaaaaaaaa😯 respect due to that 👌🏾🤤
Exactly! I don’t buy Mexican Asian Jamaican Caribbean and a few others because I learned to cook and enjoy them from my home with family. Less money plenty of leftovers well sometimes leftovers cause I be killin it over here😂😂
@@dorothyflorence6839 Yes, I hear you! Before my husband passed away, we enjoyed trying to duplicate our favorite restaurant meals. He liked saving money and I liked knowing what was in my food. Leftovers are essential so you don't have to cook an entire meal every day. With all the CZcams videos home cooking is so much easier than all the cookbooks I bought before the internet.
See, you're the type of friend I like to have! LOL I can also get down in the kitchen though.
@@kreyolLA84 I always had lazy friends that wanted me to cook for them or do restaurant food into perpetuity. My husband was the only person I ever met that cooking a complete meal together was an adventure and we liked most of the same foods.
I have been to people's house and knew right away what type of cook they were just looking at the spices. Only four bottles, including salt, pepper, and I gotta go home. I can't do that bland and boring culture.
The honest look of shock and sheer disbelief at the end got me.
The best commentary I found about this! 🤣🤣🤣 remember to Pat ya side 3 times!!!!!
"The somebody lying😮...he cooked all that rice in 2 mins"😅😂😂😂😂😂😂
the rice is old or cook earlier first. Then, they add a egg in a big wok and combine it all with pork.
“Ima start tapping my sides”😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol
Say,u had me cracking up😂!!!
“Now somebody lying” I needed this laugh on today😅 Thanks ❤
MSG is a salt made from glutamic acid. In cooking it works similarly to salt in that it stimulates salivation. MSG is more complex flavor enhancer in that by activating the glutamate receptors on your tongue, the brain then fires all kinds signals to the mouth, enhancing the flavor of whatever it is you're eating, minus the sodium content of sodium chloride. Personally, I think it makes everything taste like mushrooms. It works in chinese food but I like it when it stays in Chinese food. Regular salt on everything else, k thanks.
I agree with you.
There’s been so much controversy over the years about MSG. I remember years ago a lot of Chinese restaurants used to have “No MSG signs on the windows of their restaurants. Some folks think it’s unhealthy, while others think it’s ok to use. It’s actually in a lot of items in the stores and I’m sure a lot of restaurants use it. The seasoning accent, is that the same as MSG? I guess in moderation it’s “ok” idk to each it’s own ig
@@loyalm2327 Accent©️ is MSG yes.
Gmo msg.
Doritos full of msg.
Watching my dude cook "CLEARLY LETS ME KNOW THAT I NEED TO STAY IN MY LANE.. " And this's not it...😁

"If you ain't tappin your sides 3 times, you ain't cookin" - J. One. 8, 2023
I was trained by a Chinese family on wok cooking and did it in their restaurant. I was thinking how slow he was actually. This guy is straight chillin. You shoould see us when we're busy pumping out orders. It's wild. And those woks are way heavier than people realize. you work hand muscles you had no idea even existed
He puttin GRAVY on there??? 🤣😂😂
The rice was cooked already. stir frying is quick😊
I am definitely tapping my side three times next time I'm frying cabbage.
He was scooping the scoops... Ahhhhh! 😂
And nothing was left in the skillet...he got skills!!!!❤😂
Yes indeed, very impressive
Tapping his side - must be something to it! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Definitely here for these reaction videos❤
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂scooppin it on the scooper
This is accurate. If I call my local Chinese spot for one meal it’s 10 minutes, if I order food for 15 people it’s 10 minutes. Always hot and fresh.
Lmao fr?
“What’s in that other pot” 😂 had me rollin
"I get it now, If you aint tappin yo sides 3 times, you aint cookin" Im done.....rofl🤣😆
If I had a pan the size of his and 1/4 of the rice, it would still end up everywhere but in the pan. And I've been cooking since I was 13. Gonna be 64 soon.
🤣🤣
I hear you 😂
Lmao " that look like that msg/ gmo stuff" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
"If you aint tapping yo side 3 times you aint cookin" loool
He stabbing it 😂 u wild bro
When he said "that GMO make it stick" I fell out 😂
Pretty uneducated. High school dropout?
Same and he called the soy sauce gravy 💀☹️
@Keith Oh & Sal Garcia It is you 2 that are uneducated as you both chose to bring another down by shaming them instead of helping them up by politely correcting.
Shame on you 2.
@@keithmoh1 or maybe being humorous. Also, the south doesn’t have a lot of Asians so the contact is minimal
@@salgarcia3184He could’ve been being just humorous. However do you know everything there is to know about other cultures? I didn’t think so. The south doesn’t have much Asian or Hispanic people (outside of a couple of states for Hispanics with a good amount), so guess what? People will not know much about those people groups. Very common. Certain spots in the South, you will not find tortillas, or refried beans😂 or anything in SPANISH. It’s very different from the West, Texas and Fl.
Bro you made me laugh so much in one video ahahah
Naaaa This Dude Funny AF 😂😂😂 “ I Would’ve Broke At Least 2 Plates “
Tapping out. Half that rice would have been up on those other plates behind him. Lol
Lol 😂 it would have been all over the stove and floor , if I was cooking that 😂💯👵🏽
Gotdammit… you got me watching delicious cooking too early!!! 🤣
Scooping it on the scooper. 😂😂😂
I've been cooking ever since I was little so it is a part of me. Now it's so all like downloaded in my mind 😂 if you're learning to cook asian dish, it's easy. Follow recipes and ask asian friends and watch youtube and follow along if you ever feel lost. It'll take practice but as we learn we grow and know. Then you'll have yourself a home made asian meal🍽 😋 love all these cooking videos. 💕
Im praying 4 an asian wife…. 🙏🏾
ok pls be my wife~
if you're looking for an authentic Asian recipe don't watch youtube because everyone there make it to their own taste or so call put a spin on the recipe
@@Homepros888 why? There's channels here that are authentic dish as well. Not all channels are based on only made up recipe.
