Fr.Braulio is a Bishop and dresses as one, with dignity and respect to his state in life! Unfortunately after Vatican II it became very rare to see a priest or Bishop in a soutane ! In my whole 32 years of life , I only ever seen a roman wearing a soutane once ....and that's in "Catholic Ireland "...what shame....
