Humair Karim power from 5000w inverter which is charged from van. And grey water goes down the drain. And we use when we are in sand area

never saw a full shower and toilet in a hiace van don't know why they only build them with long seat table stove oven but no shower n toilet
mine has full shower and toilet at the back.
