I'm from Russia myself (and have visited almost every major city from Moscow to Vladivostok - and of course have been to our neighbors' capital cities Minsk and Kiev a number of times - and though a few of them are pretty rough, like Chita and Novosibirsk, but for the most part we've come a really long way in the last 20 years), and this doesn't even look like they were having fun with the stereotypes, this is more like them outright shitting on Russia.
