Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it suvks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. On Tainted Keeper, Abaddon removes one of his coin containers. Only pick up if you have a health up available.
On Keeper you lose 2 coins..
first floor was interesting. Flip is different from the usual good items like Proptosis, D6 or 20/20, making it more surprising and interesting. The cut on the two golden chests was really well timed with your comment about them. Getting R-Key with Flip on the next Floor is also more compelling than simply finding it. It added a nice reason for you to use some tactical thinking with the mirror-dimension charges. The Keepers Box play is also very original. All together very fun!

1:49 here's my backseating gaming moment of the dayyy, if you bought the pill bottle you could have still flipped for mura while spending 5 fewer pennies.
If you took fuse cutter from bellybutton you'd get, 1: infinite bombs with sharp plug. 2: you would be safe from all troll bombs with curse of the tower
You can enter the curse room as Tainted Keeper semi-safely. Get inside, pause as soon as you see the layout, if there are no enemies, leave before your invincibility frames end, if there are, take whatever is inside the room
The perfectly cut screams are always funny
Using the reverse judgement in the shop would just cause the shop to restock, not actually reroll your items. Just a heads up!

This is actually really interesting to see... Mattman breaking into the territory of not just having regular rigged luck runs, but /broken/ runs. Y'know Matt, another YTer I've watched play Isaac before, grayfruit, is excellent at fully breaking the game, to the point that he has regularly 'breakfasted' (exhausing all items so the game only spawns breakfast). I personally would love to see you try and get another broken run like this, with infinite potential, but see it all the way through to the end. Maybe give your brain a chance to rest from this run though, and don't pick up curse of the tower next time. (Or pick up those safety scissors to negate it)

Love your videos, always good content, needless to say that your videos where a big part on my decision to buy the game, even tho I don't have all dlc's and stuff (matter off fact I only have the wrath of the lamb) it's still really fun to play, love you!
Btw you can sometime enter the curse room with t keeper using the "priets method", if you have an item that gives you coin by taking damage (i believe piggy bank) you can hit yourself by the spikes of the curse room, that spawns the coin, you pick up the coin and you can enter the curse room And you can do the same coming back from the curse room so you can basically keep full hp, you might try it out next time :) Also beautiful video, keep up the good work, love ur content

you can go to curse rooms as t keeper by going in and immediately getting out: if there are no enemies you will still be in your i frames and get out, but if there are enemies the door will shut behind you so this is a fool proof way if you dont have a skill issue and take damage in the curse room

You actually can check cursed rooms as tainted keeper, you walk in and immediately try to walk out, if you can you'll be in i-frames and be left with one health, if you can't leave, that means there are enemies you can kill to get your health back!

My favorite break I did was using GP bug in dark room with tainted isaac, I kept dropping and picking it up to reroll all the pickups in the secret room. Eventually got r key

I had the weirdest break the other day with bethany Red key and birthright. I kept using Red key on the dark room floor and finding the sacrifice room and I was able to infinitely restart the floor by getting the teleport as the last reward. Strangest and most unique break I’ve had
I was doing a Jacob and Esau run yesterday to unlock Damocles and of course the first few were utter pain and ended quickly.
but during the last run I got chaos from the shop and the next boss I fought gave me R key in caves 1. I already had great DPS on Esau so I WANTED to save R key once I beat the lamb but my bozo brain used it the next floor with Jacob when trying to use Esau’s active. I was so beyond mad.
I still beat Lamb and mega satan & got Damocles and vanishing twin from finding mama mega and going to hush, but I’m still disappointed because I wanted to do beast after lamb and unlock tainted Jacob
matt somehow did some wizard magic and fused his repentance copy with afterbirth+ and that explains why he keeps breaking runs and being op

I got a really good run with isaac and defeated the lamb for the first time so now i got delirium, missing poster and the fights with angels that run was surprisingly good it was like youtuber luck lol i had chaos in a secret room rerolled trash in a treasure room and got quad shot then rerolled trash in a shop and got sacred heart on sale too then all the way to the end in dark room i also rerolled a book and got 20/20 then killed the lamb in 2 seconds (im not exagerating) and somehow i bugged his head or something and he went flying right to me and hit me but died frames after hitting me
