@@Jaevwyn I thoroughly enjoyed the dominator in both fronts, but yeah with the new armor it basically negates the cons and just lets the weapon thrive unimpeded by the mechanics designed to balance it as opposed to other choices.
One of my favorite bug builds is the pummeler smg, senator, and recoilless rifle. Yes, anti tank weapons have become a bit less attractive due to the charger behemoth spam, but if you move forward while shooting the leg, you can strip the armor in one shot, leaving it open to your pummeler, which will stunlock it after a few shots. The pummeler also makes stalkers a joke, and the senator needs no introduction
I definitely love the grenade launcher + supply pack against terminids, but I think I actually prefer the Slugger pump shotgun over the Breaker Incendiary! It handily takes care of anything below a bile spewer at any range (even the Hive Guards' front armor) thanks to its medium armor penetration, and you can literally fire continuously without having to pause to reload by reloading each shell immediately after it's shot. Finally, it's OK that it's very ammo-hungry, because you're already bringing along a supply pack for your grenade launcher!

Recently unlocked the Plasma Punisher and the stun grenade, MANNN those two combined are crazy!!! Plasma Punisher with the Bushwacker are PHENOMENAL against both Bots and Bugs ! This is my newest Loadout that I’ve been using about 2 weeks now and it’s so much fun! 1st - Plasma Punisher 2nd - Bushwacker Throwable - Stun Grenade Strat : Shield Pack or Supply Pack Eagle Precision Strike Orbital Laser Support weapons Bots - Quasar - takes out fabricators, gunships, drop ships, rocket devastators Bugs - Grenade Launcher to clear bug holes, also stun charger with plasma or stun grenade and then BLOW IT UP with the GL !
One thing I feel I should point out with the plasma dominator and grenade launcher. If bots get close to you, there is a problem. The dominator round will hurt you and knock you back. The grenades from the launcher won't go off for the first 1-2 seconds after being fired. They will bounce off whatever they hit and explode who knows where.
This combo is a hot take, but...Autocannon + Arc Blitzer _against Automatons_ Blitzer staggers and fries close range enemies, AC for medium or long range (or Hulks & Striders). The beauty of the Blitzer is not even having to aim!
I used the plasma against bots for my stunlock weapon but I was playing with someone who ran blitzer and AC earlier and they did seem to be slapping so maybe I'll try it. Before I got the blitzer I assumed it would be a beast on bots because of the electricity but when I used it against bugs and realised it's range I figured it would just fall a bit short Vs bots
I take the Blitzer in this 15 minutes eradicate missions against bugs. No ammo problems no reload and mostly 3 to 4 bugs at a time. Together with EMS mortar, gatling, MG and AC sentry it makes it so easy if other guys bring some AT like the spear for chargers and bile titans.
was finally able to grab the viper warbond and strapped on the peak physique passive with the dominator and autocannon for both factions. i felt love like no other... it felt like summer days on the lake with my parents during my childhood
I'm honestly unsure whether to wait until peak physique armour comes to the super store or save up for the viper bond since the only things I want from it are the stims booster and the armour passive. I have saved 500 SC I guess I'll just see if I hit 1000 before that armour is available for me
Nice tip on the Eruptor and Stalwart combo! I kinda discovered this combo myself after the last video and tried messing around with it, but went with the Explosive Crossbow for its higher rate of fire. But now knowing the little reload tip, I'll try it again with the Eruptor! Great video! EDIT: Finally got a chance to mess around with it a bit. It can definitely be strong depending on what enemy spawns you get. If you get a ton of Chaff enemies it kicks ass, but I do find that the Stalwart can get a bit overwhelmed when Hunter Spam comes around, though I do play Solo so I'm sure it would be even better with allies to help out. Personally I've found the Machine Gun to work wonders in this situation. I run the MG with the Support Backpack to keep MG ammo full, then I run it with the 500KG and Precision Orbital Strike to effectively deal with both Bile Titans and Charger spam. For Weapon Loadout I run the Breaker to deal with small groups and as a clean up weapon when the MG runs out of ammo, Stun Grenades for Chargers or large swarms of enemies, and Grenade Pistol to deal with Bug Holes. The MG can chew through pretty much everything, and more effectively deals with Hunter Spam imo (the MG puts the Hunters down faster and stuns them, but the downside is the reload, if Hunters survive you can't reload compared to Stalwart), Breaker takes out whatever survives the initial hail of lead, and Chargers and Titans are dealt with by rapidly recharging Anti-Tank Stratagems. I do not recommend 110mm Rocket Pods for Anti Charger/Titan use, as they tend to target Brood Lords to much for my liking, nor do I recommend the Rail cannon Strike since it takes WAY too long to recharge for a one time Charger kill or slightly injured Titan... EDIT 2: Have been further refining this loadout more, and I have to say that the Scorcher is a far superior choice for a primary weapon when paired with the MG. While up close it can be difficult to use, the Scorcher's ability to easily deal with Bile Spewers, Hive Guards, AND Charger butts when the MG runs out of ammo makes it indispensable as a back up weapon. I've also found the Tenderizer to be quite good in this role as well, though not as much as the Scorcher. Tenderizer does make short work of Brood Lords however!

Heeyy its nice to see the dominator autocannon combo. Ill give you another favorite loafout. The pummeler smg and the laser cannon are great but what really ties the whole build together is the ballistic sheild. Obviously this strictly a bot loadout but my oh my does it carry. You can go toe to toe with heavy devastators using the pummeler to stun lock them. The las cannon takes care of hulks and gunships and even tanks if youre quick enough as well as being a second option for devestators. I recommend either a medic armor or an armor with the fortified perk as rockets can be a bit of an issue but as long you know when to turtle and when to fight youll be ok. The biggest weakness to this build are actually striders imo. You can use the las cannon but i prefer using the grenade pistol because swaping the grenades out for stuns really pairs well with the build overall.
Dominator + Flamethrower + Railcannon/Orbital/500kg and Stun Grenades still rules against Bugs. Its so insane, you can kill everything (besides Bugholes, lol, but theres a sport for Grenade Pistol) Dominator kills BL, Guards, Spewer, Flamethrower kills everything including Charger and you can deal with up to 3 Bile Titans if lucky and a good rotation of Strategems. You also dont need much resupply, since the Thrower is efficient and the Dominator just hits like a truck. And if you get a Backpack after some minutes from a fellow Diver, you even handle the small stuff faster. If you want more Wave-Clear, Orbital Airbust/Barrage for Railstrike can handle almost any Bug breach with ease and has a small cooldown.
Just wanted to say I appreciate these vids! Glad you mention the way the incendiary rips through shriekers. You can cover your guys while they take the nest out
MG-43 and Eruptor with peak physique have been my Automaton combo lately and by the grace of Lady Liberty, it is the best combo I have ever played with, even better than the OG Railgun/Breaker meta. The machine-gun easily wipes out anything up to scout striders, quickly popping the heads off devastators and mowing down patrols. The eruptor is great for its utility and damage, being able to shoot down gunships and destroy fabricators. I recommend a side-arm like the senator in case of emergencies.
Ngl, my current setup vs bots is the slugger, senator with spear, rocket turret, orbital laser and auto cannon exosuit. It is an absolute blast, if your mates are getting bogged down by waves of metal, the quad cannon exosuit is amazing. It can and will deal with everything but the striders, you can be surprisingly aggressive with it and clear a whole section of the map. It’s also great vs the flying bots as it’s basically a flak cannon. With your team mates or by yourself it’s a great support weapon. Especially if you’ve ran out of stratagems to use as it kills plenty of time while they recharge. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
I have been falling in love with the slugger vs bots right now. Sure you can't snipe with it anymore and everyone complains about that, but it wasn't its intended purpose (Fun fact: you can still kinda snipe with it, I've nailed some dev's faces pretty far away)
Sounds a little silly, but bringing both Diligence CS and the AMR feels great against BOTs. Use the Diligence against the chaff and save AMR for big things. It’s very ammo efficient, so you don’t feel like you have to take a supply pack.
Eruptor, Senator, with stun grenade. Rocket Sentry, Rocket Pods, Commando launcher and rover guard dog. The guard dog keeps the chaff off me while I focus on medium and long range targets with the eruptor. Its definitely my favorite load out with the peak physique armor. Rocket pods + stun grenade plus launcher let me effectively deal with chargers, and rocket pods can strip armor off bile titans to soften them up for team mates or for the commando launcher.
Scorcher/ Railgun is the META stealth build for bots. If ur bringing the railgun you need a primary that can take out gunships, thats the Scorcher. Then again I play solo mostly
Yeah, the scorcher is actually a very apt choice I did consider but I'd covered it heavily in the previous video! It definitely does cover the gaps in the build!
Another of my favorite loadouts against BOTs is Diligence CS + Spear. I just keep my distance to pick off as many targets as possible. I generally have EMS mortars, Railgun Strat equipped as well.
I use the eruptor and the MG-43. I like the stalwart but it only has light armor pen whereas the MG-43 has medium. Against the terminids, you can cut through the hive guard and green bile spewers with ease using the MG.
For the brood commanders you can shoot them with eruptor once then immediately switch to stalwart or mg-43 to finish them off, it is much more faster for stalwart to do this than just spraying with 1150rpm
@@PhaseShifter try the MG-43 and supply pack with the eruptor and the verdict for your side arm + stun grenades. For my other 2 stratagems I use the orbital barrage and napalm. My armor is the new light armor in the most recent warbond. It’s my go to for terminids now
HMG + Supply pack is my second favorite load out. It’s so flexible. The only difference I have with you is to dial the RPM to max every time and burst fire. You have a supply pack, so don’t be stingy. Don’t hold down the trigger unless they’re in your face. With max RPM, the shielded devastators will go down.
My botload out is usually sickle grenade pistol and impact grenades. Sickle to deal with the chaff and then grenade pistol and impact grenades to deal with armored enemies. And then depending what you feel comfortable with usually quaser laser or the spear depending. Bugs load out usually erupter machine gun pistol and of course impact fling grenades and flamethrower. It allows you to take out bug holes chargers and the piles of bugs charging at you by just denying area the flamethrower. you just have to put on some strats to take out the bile titans but you got everything else covered. And on hell dive if other people have area of effect denial already covered I'll usually run the sphere to take out chargers and bile Titans. And no matter the difficulty or no matter the enemy I always run the eagle airstrike because with all the ship module buffs and everything that thing is just inherently powerful by itself and you can easily line it up to just take out hordes of enemies. And then depending if I ran a backpack or not it was very between bubble shield or orbital rail strike. I was running the 500 but I kind of got disappointed with it too much and started running the normal precision orbital strike because the buffs to it make it probably better than the rail strike now.
Primary weapon: Eruptor for stunlocking, killing nursing/bile spewers and closing bug holes at range. Secondary weapon: Redeemer or nade pistol Stratagems: 500kg for Bile titans and clearing objectives. Gatling barrage for bug breaches and closing choke points. Precision strike for chargers and finishing off bile titans. Support weapon: Flamethrower for horde clear and chargers. Armor: Peak physique Throwable: Stun nade for stopping chargers. I've had a lot of success running this aganist the bugs. You have hord clear, anti heavy, close range and long range capabilities all in one. Only thing that it's weak aganist is shreakers.
Yeah, did I miss saying that? You're right... you need to make sure your team are ready to pick up the slack there. Having rocket and autocannon sentry ready to go and using them on rotate is a nice remedy too!
My favorite bot combo is the railgun+scorcher. The railgun is already great against devastators, the dominator just seems redundant. Plus the railgun already handles well enough not to benefit from peak physique. Railgun, Shield pack, Eagle Airstrike, Orbital Laser, Scorcher, Redeemer, Impact Grenades, & Light Engineer. This build gives you 2 answers to everything (except gunships just scorcher.) You also tend to go through your ammo/nades uniformly maximizing value from supplies.
@@PhaseShifterI use railgun for 80 percent of bot missions (mostly solo helldive) and I just swap the dominator for the scorcher when the gunship patrol modifier is present because scorcher can kill a gunship in less than a mag to the front. Love that you give the railgun some love in this video, I feel like it’s underrated especially vs bots

For bots my favorite loadout by far is the AMR as primary and the og punisher for anything that gets close. Add an ammo backpack and EAS/laser/railcannon for hoards.
Personally eruptor and the mg-43 machine gun is my new favorite bug combination! I shred everything with the mg. All medium armor get mowed down personally found it to have more stopping power than the stalwart at the expense of less ammo. With the eruptor like you said great for clearing bug holes! I’ve cleaned out all kinds of nests myself with it, while popping bile titans sacks/ spewers and with both! With opportunity, and maybe a concussion grenade. can rupture a chargers ass or leg.
Dominator and Spear for Bots light armour with the Scout trait so you can just run across the map take out outposts from a distance and keep on your way Dominator and Flamethrower with Jetpack for Bugs it's just a fun time running around like you're Boba Fett
I have been using rail gun dominator for my entire tenure against the bots. With that combo there is little you cant kill. Nothing like blowing the chest out of a devestator.
Eruptor + Arc Thrower + Bushwhacker. You have an answer to everything in the game if you back it up with an Eagle Air Stirke, 380mm Orbital Barrage and a Shield Generator. Add a medic armor and the Experimental Infusion booster and you will be a one man army.
what are your thoughts on Dominator, grenade launcher, stun rocket pockets, precision strike, orbital gatling, supply back so just solo dominator on everything with stratagrams to help with bigger enemies

for bugs for me personally Primaries: either punisher shotty, pummeler, or carbine liberator side arm: redeemer or sidearm shotty (forgot the name) rail cannon strike grenade launcher (kills bile titans but takes a bit on chargers) ammo pack for the fouth stratagem: either the first mech, gatling gun turret, or clusterbombs on defense missions in a finite map its a different story orbital laser cluster bombs mortor sentry auto-cannon mech with incendiary breaker shotgun and redeemer
So far easiest automaton build for me is heavy armor with explosive resistance. Jar-5 Dominator, Revolver, Recoilless rifle, Orbital Rail, Orbital Laser, and Eagle airstrike. Gives you the ultimate ability to kill heavy and medium targets with ease.
I've had plasma punisher and HMG as a loadout since they buffed the mg and it does slap even without peak physique, I cant wait for that armour set to go in the store so it can be even better. Also a great bug loadout but probably not underrated is the blitzer with the flamethrower. Blitzer pushes back hive guards and stops spewers from spit animation as well as multikilling hunters, flamethrower gives great area denial and melts chargers and then you just need stratagems for bile titans
The Railgun does negligible damage to those. If you're gonna take it, I'd say do so as a support role while your team takes on the "tank killer" responsibilities. You're not defenseless though. Get aggressive with impact grenades and experiment with strategems.

I recommend either a medic armor or an armor with the fortified perk as rockets can be a bit of an issue but as long you know when to turtle and when to fight youll be ok. The biggest weakness to this build are actually striders imo. You can use the las cannon but i prefer using the grenade pistol because swaping the grenades out for stuns really pairs well with the build overall.
Dominator + Flamethrower + Railcannon/Orbital/500kg and Stun Grenades still rules against Bugs. Its so insane, you can kill everything (besides Bugholes, lol, but theres a sport for Grenade Pistol) Dominator kills BL, Guards, Spewer, Flamethrower kills everything including Charger and you can deal with up to 3 Bile Titans if lucky and a good rotation of Strategems. You also dont need much resupply, since the Thrower is efficient and the Dominator just hits like a truck. And if you get a Backpack after some minutes from a fellow Diver, you even handle the small stuff faster. If you want more Wave-Clear, Orbital Airbust/Barrage for Railstrike can handle almost any Bug breach with ease and has a small cooldown.

MG-43 and Eruptor with peak physique have been my Automaton combo lately and by the grace of Lady Liberty, it is the best combo I have ever played with, even better than the OG Railgun/Breaker meta. The machine-gun easily wipes out anything up to scout striders, quickly popping the heads off devastators and mowing down patrols. The eruptor is great for its utility and damage, being able to shoot down gunships and destroy fabricators. I recommend a side-arm like the senator in case of emergencies.

Ngl, my current setup vs bots is the slugger, senator with spear, rocket turret, orbital laser and auto cannon exosuit. It is an absolute blast, if your mates are getting bogged down by waves of metal, the quad cannon exosuit is amazing. It can and will deal with everything but the striders, you can be surprisingly aggressive with it and clear a whole section of the map. It’s also great vs the flying bots as it’s basically a flak cannon. With your team mates or by yourself it’s a great support weapon. Especially if you’ve ran out of stratagems to use as it kills plenty of time while they recharge. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
I have been falling in love with the slugger vs bots right now. Sure you can't snipe with it anymore and everyone complains about that, but it wasn't its intended purpose (Fun fact: you can still kinda snipe with it, I've nailed some dev's faces pretty far away)
Sounds a little silly, but bringing both Diligence CS and the AMR feels great against BOTs. Use the Diligence against the chaff and save AMR for big things. It’s very ammo efficient, so you don’t feel like you have to take a supply pack.
Eruptor, Senator, with stun grenade.
Rocket Sentry, Rocket Pods, Commando launcher and rover guard dog. The guard dog keeps the chaff off me while I focus on medium and long range targets with the eruptor. Its definitely my favorite load out with the peak physique armor. Rocket pods + stun grenade plus launcher let me effectively deal with chargers, and rocket pods can strip armor off bile titans to soften them up for team mates or for the commando launcher.
you can one shot dominators in the eyes with the railgun and 2 shots hulks without swapping to unsafe.
Sickle and Railgun. Precision strike, and rocket centry.
Scorcher/ Railgun is the META stealth build for bots. If ur bringing the railgun you need a primary that can take out gunships, thats the Scorcher. Then again I play solo mostly
Yeah, the scorcher is actually a very apt choice I did consider but I'd covered it heavily in the previous video! It definitely does cover the gaps in the build!
Another of my favorite loadouts against BOTs is Diligence CS + Spear. I just keep my distance to pick off as many targets as possible. I generally have EMS mortars, Railgun Strat equipped as well.

I use the eruptor and the MG-43. I like the stalwart but it only has light armor pen whereas the MG-43 has medium. Against the terminids, you can cut through the hive guard and green bile spewers with ease using the MG.
I think I may be sleeping on the MG-43!
For the brood commanders you can shoot them with eruptor once then immediately switch to stalwart or mg-43 to finish them off, it is much more faster for stalwart to do this than just spraying with 1150rpm
@@PhaseShifter try the MG-43 and supply pack with the eruptor and the verdict for your side arm + stun grenades. For my other 2 stratagems I use the orbital barrage and napalm. My armor is the new light armor in the most recent warbond. It’s my go to for terminids now
HMG + Supply pack is my second favorite load out. It’s so flexible. The only difference I have with you is to dial the RPM to max every time and burst fire. You have a supply pack, so don’t be stingy. Don’t hold down the trigger unless they’re in your face. With max RPM, the shielded devastators will go down.
My botload out is usually sickle grenade pistol and impact grenades. Sickle to deal with the chaff and then grenade pistol and impact grenades to deal with armored enemies. And then depending what you feel comfortable with usually quaser laser or the spear depending. Bugs load out usually erupter machine gun pistol and of course impact fling grenades and flamethrower. It allows you to take out bug holes chargers and the piles of bugs charging at you by just denying area the flamethrower. you just have to put on some strats to take out the bile titans but you got everything else covered. And on hell dive if other people have area of effect denial already covered I'll usually run the sphere to take out chargers and bile Titans.
And no matter the difficulty or no matter the enemy I always run the eagle airstrike because with all the ship module buffs and everything that thing is just inherently powerful by itself and you can easily line it up to just take out hordes of enemies. And then depending if I ran a backpack or not it was very between bubble shield or orbital rail strike. I was running the 500 but I kind of got disappointed with it too much and started running the normal precision orbital strike because the buffs to it make it probably better than the rail strike now.

I've had a lot of success running this aganist the bugs. You have hord clear, anti heavy, close range and long range capabilities all in one. Only thing that it's weak aganist is shreakers.

Guard dog of your choice and concussive liberator to keep them at distance while your drone rips them up.
I dunno, against gunships which when they turn up are a major pain in the ass both dominator and rail gun struggle.
Yeah, did I miss saying that? You're right... you need to make sure your team are ready to pick up the slack there. Having rocket and autocannon sentry ready to go and using them on rotate is a nice remedy too!
My favorite bot combo is the railgun+scorcher. The railgun is already great against devastators, the dominator just seems redundant. Plus the railgun already handles well enough not to benefit from peak physique.
Railgun, Shield pack, Eagle Airstrike, Orbital Laser, Scorcher, Redeemer, Impact Grenades, & Light Engineer. This build gives you 2 answers to everything (except gunships just scorcher.) You also tend to go through your ammo/nades uniformly maximizing value from supplies.
@@PhaseShifterI use railgun for 80 percent of bot missions (mostly solo helldive) and I just swap the dominator for the scorcher when the gunship patrol modifier is present because scorcher can kill a gunship in less than a mag to the front. Love that you give the railgun some love in this video, I feel like it’s underrated especially vs bots

For bots my favorite loadout by far is the AMR as primary and the og punisher for anything that gets close. Add an ammo backpack and EAS/laser/railcannon for hoards.

Personally eruptor and the mg-43 machine gun is my new favorite bug combination! I shred everything with the mg. All medium armor get mowed down personally found it to have more stopping power than the stalwart at the expense of less ammo. With the eruptor like you said great for clearing bug holes! I’ve cleaned out all kinds of nests myself with it, while popping bile titans sacks/ spewers and with both! With opportunity, and maybe a concussion grenade. can rupture a chargers ass or leg.
Plus the senator it need no explanation with the octane like stim booster I barely die against bugs with this load out it’s so fun

I have been using rail gun dominator for my entire tenure against the bots. With that combo there is little you cant kill.

I really like the autocannon + plas punisher and stun grenades against the automatons
Eruptor + Arc Thrower + Bushwhacker. You have an answer to everything in the game if you back it up with an Eagle Air Stirke, 380mm Orbital Barrage and a Shield Generator. Add a medic armor and the Experimental Infusion booster and you will be a one man army.

So far easiest automaton build for me is heavy armor with explosive resistance. Jar-5 Dominator, Revolver, Recoilless rifle, Orbital Rail, Orbital Laser, and Eagle airstrike. Gives you the ultimate ability to kill heavy and medium targets with ease.
I don't like the dominator against the bugs but it's great against the bots.
I've had plasma punisher and HMG as a loadout since they buffed the mg and it does slap even without peak physique, I cant wait for that armour set to go in the store so it can be even better. Also a great bug loadout but probably not underrated is the blitzer with the flamethrower. Blitzer pushes back hive guards and stops spewers from spit animation as well as multikilling hunters, flamethrower gives great area denial and melts chargers and then you just need stratagems for bile titans
I may be wrong here but I think you can only get peak physique armor from the viper commando warbond.

The Railgun does negligible damage to those. If you're gonna take it, I'd say do so as a support role while your team takes on the "tank killer" responsibilities.
You're not defenseless though. Get aggressive with impact grenades and experiment with strategems.
Against bots, i have had fun with pummler/ballistic shield and the anti-material rifle.
Wonder if we’ll ever get a heavy armor penetration weapon…or weapon customisation to change ammo types
