  • Watch as we show you how to brew up the fantastic KenRidge Pinot Noir red wine homebrew kit. Kenridge kits are just amazing and the quality of the wine you can make will leave you extremely impressed. There's quite a few steps in making this one so sit tight and enjoy the ride.
The Kenridge wine kits have now beer superseded and replaced with the new brand VineCo Wine Kits - www.brewbitz.c.... These are made in a very similar way, but the method the grape juice is concentrated has been improved and this has resulted in a better finished wine.

Great video as always ! I've just bottled my first every home brew - 30 bottles of lager! However the fermenting tub is looking empty so Guna try wine next. Can u recommend a 6 bottle kit, maybe a Shiraz?

      Sounds good, enjoy the lager!
If you only want to make 6 bottles then this would be my best recommendation:

A very nice, smooth and fruity red wine.
      Hope that helps!

I'm following your exact steps, after 6 days of clearing, is that white clumps I see at the side of you bucket? I have the same, just wondering if it is safe to rack it again.

Hi. Just of interest. You overnight-ed 17 litres of water. The bag is 10, you rinse with 2 then surely you only need another 11 litres to make up to 23? have I missed something here or did you simply make sure you had plenty dechlorinated?
