Jett i have a rtr 200 4v a bs6 one and it was having idle issue it would shit off automatically with no reason and service center said cylinder temperature snensor and it had resistance of 11000 at cold it was replaced just after a week as previous sensor malfunctioned but problem is that cheak engine light doesnot shows up also idk why after leaving bike in service center for 9 days due to fault in wairing after that my headlight gets foggy from inside if i spray cold water from outside in a hot engine i mean it happends if bike heats up well so what could be issue there too is it air or water has entered and is not escaping

Brother im getting check engine light on ktm rc200 bs3 (2016) model..the error code is 49 (x4 long x9 short)..user manual says : Idle control - Input signal too low/too high/ Circuit fault
The bike is only 28k km ridden n was ridden a few 100 km since past year..
I think the problem is with the fuel pump as I'm feeling a lag which accelerating but i checkef the (kat sound) after turning on the ignition so it means the fuel motor is fine?
Could it be the stepper motor?
Also plz mention ur workshop address n how to contact u...i want to get a full overhaul service done by u

Hello Jeet. I have R15 v3 bs4 2020. Abhi tk 14600 kms chala di hai. Mai service sari time p krata hu aur engine oil Motul 7100 10w40 use krta hu. Jo abhi tk 2200 kms chl chuka h. Kuchh dino phle mne jb apni bike 2-3 min cold start krne k bd gear dala to gear shift ka sound thoda loud aya jo ki unusual tha. Clutch me meri bike k koi issue nhi h. Service center le gya to unhone kha clutch shaft ka issue ho skta h aur kaam b jyada aa skta h clutch plates and all. So according to you what could be the possible reason for hard shifting of 1st and 2nd gear. Once the bike heats up to a good level then sound gets reduced
Bro it's probably normal if thud is like shifting from 2nd to 1st in 30kmphr without releasing clutch then ask mechanic if gears are going smooth no problem I have a rtr 200 and it usually happends let engine warm up it will fix it and usually in low gear thud is normal up to 3 above 3 then problem starts it usually happends in rpm speed gear ratio mismatch try shifting with low force in gear lever its not issue

I have changed fuel filter,clean fuel pump,clean throttle body,air filter is new , battery is hood ,all sensor working,petrol is aslo nice not having water, no service code,no solution from honda service centre .

I think old bikes were better with carburetor as new ones are very complicated and more on electronics. 4500 for oxygen sensor and earlier whole silencer would cost lot less.
