The Excalibur Buffet is actually my favorite buffet on the strip, not because of its price, but because of the selection it offers. Since it's an affordable buffet, it doesn't focus heavily on seafood options (which tend to be relatively expensive), but instead they offer a nice variety of other dishes. Since I'm not a fan of seafood, this makes it the perfect dining spot for me!
Everyone knows that when Derek looks possessed he loves the food. When he gives a question mark look then he doesn’t like it. 😂

On a buffet you can never go wrong with a made to order station. Plus I agree with Catherine about making your own creations especially the Pigs in a Blanket

I really like the Excalibur. I don't have an educated pallet (no fancy foods or spices) so all their offerings are what I call comfort foods.
The only ongoing issue I have is the staff needs to get better at keeping to food stations clean and equipment working (drink station) like they do at Caesars. 😊
I've never been able to eat enough to justify the buffets. When my sons were younger we used to take them to these kinds of buffets to chow down on comfort type food. The blueberry crepe did look very good.
they have a take out box for cheaper.. stuff it with seafood and get some eggs and cheese from the store and make seafood omlets for a week.
That omelet and brisket looked 🔥! Definitely a good value for brunch!
That omelet and the brisket sold me! Looks like a great deal, last time we went out to breakfast in Vegas it was over$ 22 for a standard breakfast and if you wanted coffee that was another $5.50
You can't go wrong for 30 dollars just the beef alone it's worth it
This Buffet is better than MGM's or Luxors, (It used to be one of the worst along with Circus-circus buffet) so that's a good thing, Excalibur is a fun place, even if the rooms are dated, they are clean it seems they are making an effort, good job! Great video guys!!!

can't wait to get back to Vegas, we're coming back next year, almost 10 years 2014 since we've been there, have enjoyed watching your videos..Excalibur looks way better than how it did, I remember its one of the weaker buffets at that time, but looks improved a lot.

Very good value for the price.
I gave it a solid 7 too. My reasoning was somewhat like what ya'll gave. There was enough of a variety to satisfy everyone. But nothing really stood out a #10. Price was on point I think as it is Vegas. Ya'll picked the best desserts. I love German chocolate cake and blueberries are some of my favorite. My sister owns about a 100 acres in Mississippi and grows lot of blueberries. When ever she comes in for a visit she brings me 4 quart ziploc bags of them. Great Job! "The Cajun Ninja's Dad"

Spot on marking! A lot of the meats were dry/overcooked and the variety was poor, BUT the omelette and crepe stations puled it back!

jesus christtttttt i'm at the end of day 6 of my fast...this is amazing lmfao. my son and i JUST made reservations for excalibur for our stay, road trip moving back home from texas to WA. he chose excalibur and i was fine with that cause i knew i could grab the grand king suite for an affordable price and the location is good also lol. one month away!
To be fair you need butter and plenty of syrup for pancakes and such. The rest looked pretty good. Made me hungry watching this! ❤❤❤❤

I can only say this based on watching Vegas buffet videos, but I honestly believe that after the buffets reopened, the Excalibur worked to raise their buffet from mediocre to an excellent value buffet. It's not Bacchanal, but it's a good buffet at an affordable price

It's always been bacon for me but I tried a chicken apple sausage pattie and I really liked it.

Catherine, I think that was a smart idea to just make tacos out of the brisket and the sausage. And Derek scrape look delicious but of course I wouldn’t mind having the ice cream and even the German chocolate cake . And I definitely think the omelette would definitely be the way to go. I’m glad you gave it a seven but being that it’s the cheapest buffet in Vegas I guess it’s the place to go. Have a great day you guys.

The Excalibur Buffett is good for breakfast. The made to order omelette is very good, large and fresh. An omelette with a side of refried beans and salsa is what I eat. Add a juice toast and you are good until dinner.
