As a literature student,İ initially read non-fiction books for various reasons..And suddenly at times,i find myself shifting to fiction,though i'm not sure what triggers the change😅🤭....
Having it set in reality helps some readers relate to the characters/setting more. Speaking from experience as I prefer non-fiction when it comes to books.
