Unless I get a Fixa 4 or 5 new Units with a Fixa 3+ Winguard. I'll wait next month for the next Star Rarity Weapon. It's not worth upgrading from v80 Units into lv81 Units. Nor to Winguard because that weapon dropped too late for me to invest in, compared to the Eridim.
If you still sit on Octo and can endure HP and PP drop - 100% upgrade. We will also recieve further upgrades with new lab feature update P.S. got my 2 armors from Dark Falz UQs btw, not from Leciel.
Just depends on the individual & their specific preferred playstyle & what units they were using beforehand. For some, that HP is negligible. For others, it matters a lot. As well as the PP. Though PP is usually placed much higher on the list or priorities for most. Naturally, once the new item lab feature is active, we'll be able to add PP and HP to the Ektasis armors in specific. Allowing the player to further customize their priorities.
I did not get Ektasis without RDR for a few runs. I popped RDR 100% and it became 100% for 24 runs. But that was day 1 and was able to sell them over 200k each. Consider how cheap they are right not, RDR is not recommended anymore.
Honestly im probably going to wait on leveling the new armor for like a week or 2 maybe just maybe because I've seen a pattern when new gear comes out then a campaign to help level it is like in the next maintenance or 2 😂
We'll for sure get a leveling campaign around the time the new item lab comes out, however I'm not sure when we'll see one before then. We know there's not one in August, so at the earliest, it'd be the first week of September directly after the new weapons come out. Of course, there's no guarantee there.
yep definitely getting the armor 100% drop in UQs (non trigger version) without any rdr boosters (which I should be using). ~20runs now in leciel. still not one armor drop. I only have fixa 4 performa on my enieas so it's no huge loss to switch. zero PP and HP though which has me a little hesitant.
So it depends which Eineas you were using in the first place. For me, I was using the Orange Eineas, so they come with PP +2 & HP +20. So realistically, it doesn't matter too much to me. Though naturally, if you're using one of the variants with more PP then there could potentially be a need to be conscious of how your pp change effects your rotational Photon Arts. That being said, naturally, because of how accessible they are, getting a fixa level 2 or 3 is of little consequence.
@@Spikesxu 2 x vio and 1 x vida. it wouldnt be an issue if could get grand gladia and grand dread 2s to supplement some of the lost hp/pp but not having much luck with my rolls and getting aug protects in the trsr shop. guess i'll just wait a bit and see if I can get some 4+ fixa drops for fodder.
@@Spikesxu i got bored and couldn't wait. hahah. transferred over two armors and all is going fine. slight increase in damage but no other noticeable difference in gameplay across all different content. now it's back to the aug protect grind.

100%. This is definitely a HUGE upgrade from those sitting on Octos still, and one that should be taken sooner rather than later!
They really aren’t gud at all considering I’d be gaining .5 potency… but losing 1.0 DR, 35hp and 7pp per armor.
That’s 105 hp if I swapped out all 3
