Thanks for watching. Really appreciate it. I started this channel because my wife said, “You’re in there talking to yourself, might as well record it”. 😂 She wasn’t wrong!!

“I can’t help myself” 😂 so relatable. I’m definitely guilty of going down a restoration rabbit hole.

I have lots of “red pill” moments. Trying to see how deep the “rabbit hole goes”😂

That’s remarkable getting those stickers back.
I save as much as I can on most of my bikes, but I don’t think I’ve ever recovered an original sticker

This is the first ones I have successfully saved. Was expecting to scrub the red off of the decal. Thanks for watching.

I saw a video where a guy put brake cleaner on steel wool and cleaned spray paint off a Honda Gas Tank. I have a '69 CL350 that the PO painted blue. Original color is Red with white bottom. He also painted the side covers and headlight. I tried the brake cleaner on a side cover and viola! White side cover. It worked great! I have to try it on the gas tank now. As you said, I can't make it any worse so I'm going for it.
Nice Cub. I like the all white Good Guy look. 😅

On my CB450 K1 I used carb cleaner to remove paint from the chrome side covers just came right off and did not damage the chrome. Thanks for watching.

I have a ‘62 and a ‘64 C110 in white that I’d love to get going again. Both bikes have had the kick starts sheered off. Does anyone know a source to get kick starters?

They are out there. I did a quick google search and saw some. Depending on where they are broken you could have them welded.

It's a 1978 Ford F150 4x4. I traded a 1978 Yamaha XS650 I paid $50 for it. Then we put new engine, transmission, Basically everything underneath. It's my daily driver!
