you should always keep your keys in your pocket just in case someone steals your bag. That way you'll always have a key to your car and to your house. If you keep your keys in your bag and someone steals it then they have the keys to your car and your home along with your address.
Something to think about! If I'm scrubbed in my bag goes in a locked locker.
