One of the fun things about Toadstool Cafe, looking closely, is that it looks like despite Jacob having a "deadly mushroom allergy," there are absolutely still mushrooms in that meatball. Sooooo that's a lawsuit waiting to happen, if the raw meat doesn't do it first

Given Alpha's prior near-death experience, this round of bad food, raw meat, and still having mushrooms in the no-mushroom order, and the overall nightmare that I've heard from literally everyone who has gone there, I have no idea how the place is still open. FINALLY AN HONEST REVIEW ABOUT THE FOOD
i only ever see people saying that the food was great, it appealed to the mario fan in them, etc.
however, each time i've eaten there i've gotten about the same experience as you two. it's so bad 😭
From what I've seen, it's :
Food in America = bad
Food in Japan = good
When I went with a friend who returned about 3 more times it was seriously great. My friend who continued going by himself said the quality dropped and it wasn't good. Our first trip was a week after opening day.
In Japan is different because of it’s culture in California they don’t care they just wanna rush the food out as fast as possible but the food in Japan they make sure it’s perfect to avoid bad reviews

The Toadstool Cafe has to be the biggest hit-or-miss ever. I’ve seen people sing the praises of the food like it’s a five-star restaurant, and then you have Alpharad who almost died.

Having eaten at the Toad's Cafe in Japan, I can safely say America got majorly screwed on this one, because the Japanese version of the menu is actually great. In Japan that same spaghetti dish is spicy al dente deliciousness, and instead of the fire flower thing being a weird cookie, it's a baked parmesan crisp. You need to go to the Japanese Toad's Cafe now, it's insane how much better it is.

Yeah I saw all these comments about raw food and how expensive it was and such and to be fair Japan wasn't cheap but it wasn't expensive for a theme park and the food was really great!
I went aswell and it’s really good and I didn’t have to wait an hour for my food.

I highly recommend going to the Mario World in Japan. The food is impeccable and there were some pikmin just chilling on some bricks in the very corner of the theme park. It IS packed, and I think the wrist bands were a little cheaper too. The lines ARE long, and it is free to enter as long as you have the admission ticket and you scan the back of the ticket at this kiosk in the theme park and reserve a spot. The toads (when I saw them) were super small. No, you cannot touch them or hug them, but I took photos of them near them and they were super duper cute. Of course, once I was done with Mario World, there was the Monster Hunter and Jujitsu Kaisen area. So if anyone is interested in going to this theme park, go to the one in Osaka Japan. And ENTER when it opens. Definitely worth it.

the jujutsu kaisen 4D experience was so cool, gojo literally blessed my eyes it was like he popped right out of the screen

The fact that Bowser's big ball is raw sends and incredibly interesting message.
The fact that literally the whole dish was cold I think sends a far far worse one, if they had proper chefs back there cooking these meals as you would expect then there should be no way those 3 components would ever be assembled let alone reach someones table like that.
However if the great Chef microwave is on staff then suddenly making the meal cold then forgetting to heat it up makes a lot more sense to me and the lack of any edit too your orders also makes more sense other than you know, Nintendo doing the Nintendo thing of zero options.

Fun fact when I went to Nintendo world and got a reservation to the Toadstool cafe I went up to the person standing outside just to confirm how exactly it worked and they said “Wanna go in now?” And they let me in 😭 they rlly did not care
I went to universal this month. When I was buying the powerband a worker there was informing me about some things about the snw attraction. And one of the things i remember the most was her telling me not to eat at the toad cafe. She said that is wasnt worth it. The wait is too long and the food is gross. Now seeing this video, im so glad i took her advice and ate elsewhere.

Also thank you so much for actually showing the downsides of the café, every other youtuber who has mentioned this say they adhere to allergies and modifications, which is a big difference to the type of café that is overcrowded and only adheres by removing stuff if it's a serious allergy, meaning I could definitely not eat safely there to begin with, with all my allergies.

I feel like she/they got more comfortable during Jaiden’s subathon.
She was answering questions her chat had and they realized Alpharad was around a lot and asked if they lived together.
Totally an assumption but she sounded defensive when she first answered like, “yeah. We’re roommates.”
But (again, assumption/theory) I can imagine if she was a bit defensive it was because she was afraid people would try to ship them together and it’d mess with their friendship.
But it didn’t! Maybe she saw how it was received as ONLY an epic friendship and then she became open to being in more videos and pics with Alpha without fear of it being twisted and misconstrued like this “let’s ship them together” heavy world usually does.

Can’t wait for it to come to Orlando, especially because we’re thinking of moving about 30 minutes away from there. Oh, and those popcorn “baskets” (they’re usually called popcorn *buckets*), they are very common at theme parks, they’re awesome for some reason to me, I have quite a bit, I have 6 in my room right now. I have more than that though. I also got the super star one, sadly I couldn’t get the 1up/mushroom cups though.

My Family and I went this last December. Was really excited cause though Australia has theme parks, the American Parks are huge! This brought a lot of insite into everything my family and I didn't do, but our time there was really fun none the less. I did buy some pins and a bob-omb keychain (rip Bobby). Thank you for the video it was fun to watch!

Well yes, but that's because Japan has a totally different culture. You could go to a bottom-tier restaurant in Japan and still get food made with better standards than what Alpha got served.
DancingBacons went to the Japan location and ate there, and from their video I can guess that this assumption is correct.
Went to the Osaka Universal studios location 2 weeks ago, can confirm that the food at Toad's cafe was solid, did not give anyone in my party food poisoning, food tasted good, and it was delivered in a timely manner. There was still some extra talking in order to removing certain ingredients due to dietary restrictions, but they still followed through in the end. Still love the presentation too. Also for anyone who was curious about that "cracker" on the spaghetti it was a parmesan crisp.
It almost feels like Alpharad is still with us, fly high.. fly high. 😭🕊️

As someone who worked in the food industry, that meatball is definitely too raw to be considered "rare".

Bro when I went to Mario World, like 3 days after it opened- I should have expected that everything was not goanna be open to me, a little teen with my mom with no reservations, BRO- I walked over to Toadstool cafe' and asked if their food was good, and one of the people in line next to me told me it was all raw meat, and someone put weed in their meal?- I left and went to Jurassic World instead- much better, got scared by the dinosaurs AND learned some quick facts about dinosaurs while waiting in line- THEY HAVE TVS FOR YOU TO WATCH WHILE IN LINE- LIKE MARIO WORLD IS BEHIND- 3/10 for Mario World, and 100/10 for Jurassic world- From -Coke-A-Cat :)
