Pandesal Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2cup warm water
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tsp instant yeast (rest for 10min)
4 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
4 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup white sugar
Bake for 20mins. at 180°c
