Edit 2 (after finishing video): So, my mom's job actually revolves around this kind of thing. She knows all about MBTI, so I have a semi-decent understanding of the vocabulary.
First is extrovert (E) / introvert (I). If you're extroverted, then you enjoy spending time around people and gain energy from social interactions. If you're an introvert, then you enjoy spending time alone, or at the very least, not socially interacting as much.
Second is sensing (S) / intuition (N). If you're an S, then you like to think of things or ideas in a practical, grounded manner and you notice the small details of things. You'd focus on the reality of how things are and not as much how they could be. But if you're an N, then you are more likely to think of things in a theoretical way and look at the big picture.
Next is thinking (T) / feeling (F). If you're a T then that means you follow your brain more than your heart. Your emotions aren't as strong as someone who'd be an F, which of whom generally follow their heart more than their brain.
Finally is judging (J) / perceiving (P). If you're a J then you like to have a structured way of doing things, whether it be lists, schedules, itineraries, etc. But if you're a P then you like to do things the way you want to do them and when you want to do it, which also means you'll probably procrastinate and improvise more.
That's the basic gist of it, but I might be wrong in some areas since I'm not super experienced with it

Assuming that ENFP is accurate for you, it's really cool once you get into the theory and cognitive functions. ENFP's function stack us Ne-Fi-Te-Si (extraverted intuition, introverted feeling, extraverted thinking, introverted sensing). When you're interacting externally, you probably tend to have a more broad perception of everything around you and can see the outcomes of certain things. You probably are more focused on the experience of interacting outside your mind, but as a by product almost, you like organization and structure. Internally, you probably tend to focus on what your own feelings are. You may like to remember past experiences or sensations, although it might be difficult for you to stay in your mind like that for long. This is probably way too long, sorry. I just think it's really cool. I'm an intj :)

INFP here: I love MBTI and know a lot about it if you want to know more you should learn about the cognitive functions
ENFPs cognitive functions in order of what is most to least important to them is:
Auxiliary Ne = or extroverted intuition which means they like new ideas, perspectives and experiences
Secondary Fi = or introverted feeling which means they have a decently strong value system and tend to enjoy discussions of ethics
Tertiary Te = or extroverted thinking which means they have ok problem solving skills
Inferior Si = or introverted sensing which has to do with (they are not usually great at this but can still use it) remember details of events and comparing real life situations
You’d love the enneagram. The test is a lot longer but it gets crazy deep and accurate

I’m INFJ or the “advocate”. it is one of the “rarest” forms of personalities (as it says) and apparently my career choices should be anything in health care, like nursing and even in psychology. Which is great because that’s what I’m going for! The description was also scary accurate.

Thanks for the shout out to Australia. I've done the Myers Briggs test twice and got INFJ-T the advocate which apparently is the most rare personality to get. It describes me to a t, like I've never done a test that was that accurate.

If you’re actually interested in learning more about cognitive functions, I’d recommend looking into the “type in mind” website. They don’t offer a quiz, but they helped me understand my functions better and just generally get a better grasp of myself (categorized labels or not)
