The upstairs toilet should be a walk-in closet. The outside laundry area should be reconfigured to be a 3/4 bath for the upstairs. The outside laundry should be on the first floor. Othere than those three changes, I like the layout.
Well I like it was different now in the kitchen I would put table that dropped down from the wall
I would need to have an inside staircase to the second floor due to our climate. And who would really want to carry their laundry up and down an outdoor spiral staircase case? Main floor bathroom seems awkward.
Quase perfeita. O acesso somente externo ao cômodo superior me decepcionou, pensei em dia chuvoso. O lavabo não ser um banheiro também, mas é fácil de resolver colocando um box com chuveiro imitando uma chaminé. Mas tem que ter porta, mesmo que transparente.
I like this home except the outdoor laundry upstairs and a small shower is needed upstairs too. The upper level would make a nice guest room. I would also like all porches covered by a roof, especially the stairs to the upstairs suite. Not sure how heating and AC would work upstairs. 2 units?
