Every time i watch these kind of videos I'm more interested in ue5. The only thing the ue is lacking over vray/corona is glass in my opinion. And hard to change geometry(export/import from other 3d programs). But of course real time render, light effects and possibilities to present projects as a simple program is amazing. Awesome work.

Use a console controller, it would be much smoother, mouse and keyboard is no good for walkthroughs.
